We pick-up our customers at about 1:45 p.m. from the places where they stay, e.g. hotels, hostels, apartments, r&b’s and other locations in Warsaw City Centre (please do remember to send the address/name of the place of pick-up). Our customers are requested to wait in a hotel lobby 5 minutes before the activity starts/scheduled times for being picked-up. Dreadful experience

Very disappointing. Waited for over 1 hour for collection but no collection. Contacted support services who could not contact the operator. Sent messages to query what the problem was, no response to these either. Definitely would not recommend booking this tour with this operator. Total disappointment. Only one day in Warsaw city and didn’t get the opportunity to remake a similar booking.

A very interesting morning with Chris our guide showing us the various buildings, palaces, monuments and the Old and New town areas. The history was of great interest especially what happened during WW2.

This tour was so much more than I thought it would be! Our guide was like an encyclopedia of Polish history:) Perfect balance of walking around the city vs riding around the city. Tour operator was responsive to questions & sending updated info regarding the tour. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants an easy way & day of seeing Poland.

Guide Olaf and Driver Chris were amazing and spoilt us with drinks and a selection of Polish chocolates (delicious). Olaf answered all of our questions and gave detailed explanations for everything he showed us. They both had a great sense of humour and were very knowledgeable. Top tour. Would highly recommend!

Wrong guide for a potentially valuable tour

The van was comfortable and clean and the driver was good. However, the tour guide: (a) had a very thick accent I could hardly understand (b) even though the language of the tour is english, because we had some Polish participants more than half of what he said was in Polish, and most importantly (c) he utilized the tour to promote his political views. A different guide would have made it much more valuable and enjoyable.

Guide was v knowledgeable. In short time we covered a lot. Because of it guide was always in rush. Will give us one minute to take pictures. Due to lack of time he didn’t like us to ask questions. Almost like he was treating us like children. Didn’t get chance to buy any souvenirs.

A superb guide ( I think his name was Oleg) who told us lots of History. All was very interesting but my favourite places were the Royal Park with its magnificent trees, the Chopin monument, and the Red squirrels. I also loved the old town with the Market Square.

This was a tour with plenty of content. It was three hours, though maybe it could have been a 3.5 or 4 hour tour. The tour guide was knowledgeable and was always ready to answer questions. The only thing that could have been improved is that if it was a 3.5 hour or 4 hour excursion that it would have given people a chance to do some brief souvenir shopping in the Old Town of Warsaw which is exceptionally pretty

Can’t believe on the information, even when you have it on paper.

I ordered a 3 hour trip for two people in the morning for a tour in the evening (14.00). I paid, got confirmation, and was told to be in the reception 5 minutes before arrival. We waited for 25 minutes and then called them and asked why they didn’t come. They told me that we was the only persons that have ordered this trip, and it was raining, so they cancelled the tour. I asked if it not normal to call me and tell. She said sorry and told that they will pay me back my money. Since that I have not been hearing nothing or received my money.

Due this The Royal Route, main touristic way,was closed at the last moment and we have to call off city tour. We would not to run city tour in case of any danger. Our tour guide was thorough and full of insight. He provided stories at every point to give the whole experience tremendous character. Highly recommended -- But remember, if you're traveling in the late Fall or Winter months and come from warmer climates, dress in layers beyond layers. Much of this tour happens outside the bus, which is a welcome feature. Just remember to dress appropriately!

quick way to c all the Warsaw landmarks which was great for me as only had a couple of day in the city. I'm a regular yo thses tours as not very good with directions and travel alone so find these people r well organized as they do this every day so they know thier way around. Probably would have taken me a week to find all the landmarks whivh they show u in one afternoon and point out the best of the city. Yhank u . Grace
