We had the pleasure of using this airport transfer service at Warsaw Chopin Airport, and we cannot recommend it enough, especially thanks to our fantastic driver, Krzysztof. Upon our unexpected early arrival, Krzysztof reached out to us via WhatsApp, but unfortunately, we missed his calls due to a lack of Wi-Fi. Despite this, he was able to find us easily, holding a sign with our name, which made it stress-free to connect. We were pleasantly surprised to be transported in a spacious van, even though there were only two of us. Krzysztof took care of all our luggages, making the whole experience seamless. During the drive, Krzysztof shared fascinating insights about Warsaw's history, current events, and demographics. As first-time visitors, this overview was invaluable. He also took the time to orient us to our hotel and point out nearby sights and dining options, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you, Krzysztof, for your outstanding service! You truly set the tone for a wonderful vacation in Poland. Highly recommended!

We are lucky to have Piotr to pick us up from Chopin airport and then drop us off back at the airport 6 days later. He was very approachable, friendly, and helpful. He even gave us recommendations for sites and restaurants. Communication with the company using Viator message system needs to improve but it’s NOT on Piotr.

At 2253 sent text to driver that airline lost our luggage & we were at lost & found. When we left baggage area the driver was not in the area. Texted to see where he was , his reply Costa Cafe. We had no idea where it was, asked if he was coming to get us & was told he had to reenter because his parking expired. Asked color/make of his car. We were told he was inside near costa cafe. We found it, texted him saying we were near Uber door. I noticed his car in the parking area. Texted him we were going to his car. He was standing there. We were not happy with him and just wanted to get to hotel. I had no intention of tipping him and said so & he said you know I waited an hour for you! Isn’t that his job? My husband said give him something, so he got 10PLn about 2.50USD . Clients had to find driver, shouldn’t that have been the driver finding us?

Dear Ronnie, thank you for review. Sorry to hear about your bad experience with driver. Just to let you know that with booking confirmation you received clear instruction where to meet your driver. It says it's inside EXIT 2 next to Costa Coffee and it's fixed meeting point for all of ours Warsaw Airport pick up transfers. There is not much more we can do to communicate it more clear. Also I can see that driver went extra mile and waited over included 60 minutes because of your lost luggage (what he shouldn't have done according to the rules of service). I'll add that you've made last minute pick up time amendment because of your lost flight and we've made that change for you free of charge changing your pick up time to night hours. Therefore, your review seems slightly unfair to us. Hopefully your stay in Warsaw will be exceptional and you'll find our driver easy once you will arrive here next time !

MAJOR FAIL The driver never showed!!!!!

The Shuttle 24 driver never showed to pick us up from the Warsaw Airport!!! We were completely stranded for over an hour (the supposed waiting period) before I had to beg someone from another transfer company to help us get to our hotel in Warsaw. We've used Viator for other things in the past, but we will never use them for arranging transfers again!!! Beware.

We've checked your booking and it looks like you or someone representing you made a change in your arrival hour in less than 24 hours before service. We didn't confirmed that change. However once you called us from airport we tried to help you and find alternative transportation for you asap. "Someone" at airport was our employee who immediately took you to a vehicle which was book and paid by us.
