What are people saying about Warsaw

Enjoyable bike tour
I was in Warsaw for the EuroCrim academic conference and wanted to learn more about the city so I booked this bike tour. I would say the title 'half day tour' is misleading as it is only 2.5 hours, with 30 minutes break in the middle too.
My guide was Marcin who is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the City of Warsaw. He took us on an 11 km ride around the city, stopping every 5-10 minutes for an explanation of the location. He provided a great balance of tragedy (Warsaw has endured a great deal) and hope as well as humour.
I was asked to be the back-marker to ride behind everyone and although I did not mind doing this, Marcin is a fast rider and there were several slow riders in the group and so we became very spread out on a Saturday afternoon, meaning I got separated from the group a few times. Cycling on the roads and cyclepaths of Warsaw is not easy with so many pedestrians. I would recommend that everyone should wear a cycle helmet (provided but only if you ask).
Thank you Marcin for a lovely few hours.

Amazing
The small concert setting made the experience feel very personal and special - you could really appreciate the emotion and subtlety of every piece. The pianist, Koki Suetsugu, was incredibly talented, and the performance was both moving and captivating. The hostess was extremely professional, friendly, and kind.
This is already my second time and will definitely come here again next time I visit Warsaw.

Powerful storytelling
Jakub was an excellent guide. Our time was limited as we had a train to catch, and he was able to cover a tremendous amount within the alotted time. What made it so exceptional was his storytelling ability. He did not simply take us from place to place, but through exceptional storytelling and accompanying images was able to weave together a powerful and moving account of the Jewish history of Warsaw. His English was perfect and he was a safe driver of such a tiny old car on the busy city streets. For other parts of our trip we had a guide personally recommended to us. Here we took a chance based on other Viator reviews and were so glad we did.

A great overview of Warsaw
We had a great afternoon with Jacob, who was very knowledgeable. He collected us from our hotel and taught us so much of Poland's history. Jacob answered all our questions and proudly told us of the architectural and political changes through the centuries.
We ended the tour with the Royal Gardens, where the former Kings' summer palace is. A beautiful serene ending to a very interesting tour. An afternoon well spent!

A relaxing Sunday morning on the river
The trip was well organised. There were toilets before you got on. There was also a lovely bar, anything you purchased you could take into the boat with you. It took about an hour in total. You could listen to an audio guide, but we just enjoyed the sights. Very relaxing, and a nice change out of the city centre. It also meant we walked along the river too and it had some lovely seats, bars, cafes along the way.

Do not miss this part of Poland and this special guide!
The castle was huge and in great condition for touring! It will feel like you step back into medieval times. Gdansk was more beautiful than Copenhagen. So much history to learn about and wonderful stores and restaurants. It is a must see city in Poland. So beautiful. Our guide Wojtek made the trip so special. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and he answered all our questions and made our tour so much fun. He also has a Volvo S80 (for home village tours), S90 and a Mercedes V-class for touring. We did not do a home tour, but if you want him to research your heritage he goes above and beyond to learn about your family members who used to live in Poland- he even walks around the small towns your family member lived in, knocking on doors and talking to local townspeople to get more information about your loved ones.

Excellent guide that knew Poland well
First of all this tour and this tour “Small-Group Historical Guided Tour of Warsaw with pick up/drop off.” are exactly the same tour. I mistakenly booked both of them. The tour company was very nice and processed a refund. Our guide was superb we saw so much of this fascinating history and learned a lot. The tour was very comfortable. The guide could not have been friendlier. This is a must do.

Very nice tour of Warsaw!
This was a very good tour. We started in this park with some beautiful 18th-century buildings and learned some about Poland’s continuing fight for independence. The second stop was the Jewish Ghetto, which was horrible, but we also heard some uplifting stories. The third stop was old town, which obviously has great shopping and places to eat. Would recommend!

I would rate this 10...
I would rate this 10 stars if I could! I booked the night prior and was confirmed in a timely manner. Agata showed up right on schedule and the tour was packed with incredible insight on architecture, monuments, and neighborhoods during communist era Warsaw. It was an amazing way to spend the day and this tour has by far been my favorite experience while visiting Poland. Even if you are not interested in history, there was still so much to take in.

Easiest Way to See Old Town
We are mid-50’s, never Segwayed, and learned it in about 5 minutes. It was very easy and Alex was a great instructor. Definitely the easiest way to cover the most ground on a tour without killing your feet. Alex was a great guide and was always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying the ride. Saw Old Town, the river, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, a beautiful park, and several other things all in 1.5 hours. Tons of fun!

A must do!!!!
One of the best bar crawl experiences I've had was guided by the amazing team at this establishment. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and made the evening truly memorable. Their expertise in navigating the city's hidden gems and ensuring everyone had a great time was unparalleled. The camaraderie and enthusiasm they brought to the event made it an unforgettable night. I highly recommend this bar crawl to anyone looking for a fantastic night out.

Interesting tour to Auschwitz/Birkenau
A very interesting tour to Auschwitz/ Birkenau and Krakow fron Warsaw. This is a good tour if you are based in Warsaw on limited time in Poland.
It is a long day with a 05.30 train departure from Warsaw and returning approximately 23.00.
You are required to make the train journeys yourself but easily done. The tour bus picks you up a short distance from the Krakow station entrance.
The tour around Auschwitz/Birkenau is certainly a sobering experience well worth the visit.
After the tour you head back to Krakow where you have time to view the Town Square area and enjoy a meal before heading back to the station for the train back to Warsaw.
