Excellent Jewish Heritage Tour

Renata is a wonderful and extremely knowledgeable guide. She took us to every Jewish site relating to World War II of significance and not only told their stories well, but answered every question we had. The tour lasted 5 hours and we saw many more sites than we expected. Highly recommended.

Jewish heritage 5 hour tour.

The tour guide did know the topic and tried hard to deliver to us. No complaints. We paid $270. It was not a low amount for city tour. The car was as small as it could be. There was no space for the legs at all. At the end, I was in real pain. Still feel it now. The driver and a guide often talked in Polish during driving. We didn't understand at all. This time could be devoted to explanations of beautiful historic places.

I'm sorry for that situation and I regret that I accepted your booking done last minute, but not wanting to disappoint you I found the replacement which was very difficult during high season and in such a short time, but you asked me to do so. Your feeling of disappointment could also be caused by the fact that you confused days (expecting the tour the day before time agreed) and trying to change time of the tour the just before midnight. Nevertheless I apologize for that situation, wishing you the best tours in future.
