Come prepared to get wet and have a lot of fiun, very lovely staff members who helped us feel welcome, I’m really bad at remembering names but I think our guide on the raft was called Becky she was a lot of fun and very professional, best day out for a long time, thanks to everyone in the team

Park at the Wenffrwd Nature Reserve car park (located on your left after turning in towards the Hub). Walk out of the front of the car park and turn left, walk down and towards the large field, bear left and we will be there to greet you. Do not come to the office for activities.

Super fun! Cold in November but youre only in for an hour so not too bad. The adrenaline keeps you warm also! Harry was a great guide, funny, personable, and knew his stuff.

Harry was a fantastic guide that made the trip extremely fun and we felt safe with him the entire time. This is probably one of the shorter whitewater raft adventures I have been on. You're in the water for maybe 80 minutes or so but it's a fun time. I also like that they provide wetsuits, something I never experienced for a whitewater adventure before. But it made swimming in the water much more bearable as opposed to me just being in my bathing suit. I just wish we were able to see the professional photographs that were taken. They had a professional photographer take a photo before we began and then twice while we were on the river. At the end of the tour, I was expecting to be able to see and possibly purchase those photos and would have considered buying them as a memento. But we never saw the photos that were taken as there was no opportunity to see them. I don't know what they do with those.

This was a great experience, everything went smoothly, brilliant organisation. The River Dee location was breathtaking. The guides, Harry and Zack, were supportive and knowledgeable, and we felt safe with them, and they encouraged us to push ourselves to get the most out of the experience. The white water rafting was exhilarating, exactly what we wanted it to be. This was a brilliant activity and I would certainly do it again, and I will look at booking other experiences with the company again.

We went white water rafting on Saturday, it was a great experience from start to finish, I went with my husband 2 daughters and her boyfriend, we got great instruction, felt very safe in the capable hands of our instructor Sol. He made sure we were well equipped for our adventure. Certainly recommend the white water rafting, great memories and great value for money. I especially liked that lots of photos were taken by a photographer throughout our adventure and received the full set digitally for 7.50 each, amazing value thank you x

Went with my partner but due to unforeseen circumstances I had to do it on my own - but was made to feel really comfortable and our guide (if that’s the right title) was fab he’d just got back from 2 years in Canada, however, he made the whole experience so much fun! I loved every minute apart from the wetsuit…. I put it on inside out back to front (took me 15 sweaty panicky moments) so had to peel it off and put it back on…. Defo need someone to help solo folk get in to their suits I nearly gave up but so glad I didn’t x well worth the 90 min drive, 15 min wetsuit workout and the amazing raft experience! Even being knocked in the river didn’t dampen my experience it just made it even more enjoyable! Recommend to anyone x

Riding rapids especially the last one in Llangollen. Changing rooms and toilet were grim A stool in changing room would be helpful for us older rafters.
