We had a great experience doing white water rafting on the River Dee. It was a fun experience, the guides ensured we were prepared for possible safety issues and commands. They had fun activities and the scenery was fantastic. We had Dan and John were our guides, my teen and I had another family on our boat and it was a great adventure all round.

Great experience! White Water Rafting at Llangollen with the Bearded Men Adventures was great! Rhys and Iwan (Brother Gregory) kept us safe and sound, as well as entertained and informed.

We had a fantastic day on Saturday white water rafting. Reece, Alex & I think Paul the driver were friendly, funny & entertaining, they made whole experience more enjoyable. Defo a must do if your in Llangollen area 😀

If you’re looking for a thrill seeking type of river rafting, this may not be for you. The whole river is mostly for beginners and kids. More like a family oriented type of river rafting. Nonetheless, it was a good experience specially with the friendly attitude of the tour guides. Would recommend to disclose on VIATOR website that there is a parking fee at the car park, wearing of a wet suit is mandatory, and wearing of a shoe lace shoes. Bearded men tour provided the wet suit and a shoe lace, but I think it will prepare customers to plan what they need to bring and what not to bring.

It has very good guides who not only take care with your safety but they also give you lots of facts about the surrounding area and make you laugh! The white water rafting experience was great fun, we all really enjoyed ourselves.

Highly enjoyable activity thanks to Harry and Dan the guides on the river. Got to have a swim, some on purpose some not, but thanks to the safety instructions, Harry and my teammates all was good. Will be returning when the river is highly for more fun.

Come prepared to get wet and have a lot of fiun, very lovely staff members who helped us feel welcome, I’m really bad at remembering names but I think our guide on the raft was called Becky she was a lot of fun and very professional, best day out for a long time, thanks to everyone in the team

Super fun! Cold in November but youre only in for an hour so not too bad. The adrenaline keeps you warm also! Harry was a great guide, funny, personable, and knew his stuff.

Harry was a fantastic guide that made the trip extremely fun and we felt safe with him the entire time. This is probably one of the shorter whitewater raft adventures I have been on. You're in the water for maybe 80 minutes or so but it's a fun time.
I also like that they provide wetsuits, something I never experienced for a whitewater adventure before. But it made swimming in the water much more bearable as opposed to me just being in my bathing suit.
I just wish we were able to see the professional photographs that were taken. They had a professional photographer take a photo before we began and then twice while we were on the river. At the end of the tour, I was expecting to be able to see and possibly purchase those photos and would have considered buying them as a memento. But we never saw the photos that were taken as there was no opportunity to see them. I don't know what they do with those.

This was a great experience, everything went smoothly, brilliant organisation.
The River Dee location was breathtaking.
The guides, Harry and Zack, were supportive and knowledgeable, and we felt safe with them, and they encouraged us to push ourselves to get the most out of the experience.
The white water rafting was exhilarating, exactly what we wanted it to be.
This was a brilliant activity and I would certainly do it again, and I will look at booking other experiences with the company again.

We went white water rafting on Saturday, it was a great experience from start to finish, I went with my husband 2 daughters and her boyfriend, we got great instruction, felt very safe in the capable hands of our instructor Sol. He made sure we were well equipped for our adventure. Certainly recommend the white water rafting, great memories and great value for money. I especially liked that lots of photos were taken by a photographer throughout our adventure and received the full set digitally for 7.50 each, amazing value thank you x
