Rapid fun

It's good bouncing around the rapids but the ring is hard to control. Wish the water level was slightly higher so we don't get slowed down by the rocks. The river wasn't cold at all

Tubes can definitely feel a bit tricky to control at first, especially when the river level is on the lower side, so we appreciate the feedback. Water levels do change naturally throughout the season, and that can affect both speed and how much the rocks show through. Good to know the water temperature was comfortable for you, though. A Grand day out with family and freinds

The team at Bearded Men, Alex and Saul were excellent instructors, very professional emphasising safety and risks while at the same time keeping it fun. The whitewater tubing was exactly what it says it is with the perfect amount of time in the water, calm sections, rapids and a lot of screaming and laughter.

Fun and exciting activity

The whitewater river tubing was as fun and exhilarating as we expected it to be. We were met with a warm welcome by the crew at the meet up point at the beginning and our guide was skilled and knowledgeable about both the activity and the local area.

Jason was a fab guide. He was great fun and made the trip memorable, but we all felt very safe too. A mixture of fun, thrills, beautiful scenery made this a great experience. Would definitely recommend this trip and Bearded Men Adventures.

Fun and fun

Hugh was very friendly, experienced and knowledgable, made our first ever tubing experience fun and safe. The experience require you to have neck strength that I did not expect when you are sitting on the tube, and even if you are an active person, you will find this activity takes time to getting used to, but once you give it a go, it's worth the day!
