Best whale watching experience I’ve been on . They are very informative and made sure we saw whale . We also got to see sea lions and seals. Was amazing. No issues at all with having my service dogies on board. They were so friendly about it.

The guides and the pilot of the boat were excellent. They took us to several areas where we sawhumpback whales along with seals and sea lions. We got the extra bonus of seeing a small pod of orcas including a newborn orca.

Must Do. It was amazing. Dress warm. The staff were great and very helpful and informative! The boat ride was what you'd expect a little choppy but we saw many whales!

Lovely experience for my husband and I. We saw a family of orcas and 2 humpbacks. Our naturalist was amazing as well, she was very passionate about her job and kept us very engaged as she told us about the whales and surrounding areas.

They are not at the dock to get you, if you schedule this on your own. You therefore have to schedule this on your own. Victoria is not within a quick walking distance (30 min). Taxi is the most reasonable because they will get you closure to your exact spot. Where the bus for the same $$ drops you off at a location and then you still have to find your excursions. Otherwise they do know their whales and we saw many. You are on a boat with an enclosure but it is still windy and waves can be big that splash water.

Thank you for your review. Just to clarify, in the pre-trip information we provide all guests we do suggest that if you are on a cruise ship you take a taxi from the terminal to our office. That is the quickest and easiest way to get to our office.
In the pre-trip information we also suggest to guests that they wear warm, comfortable layers, as it is always cooler on the water than land.

While we completely understand your disappointment over the cancelled trip, we want you to know that we, too, were deeply disappointed.
Cancelling any trip is never something we take lightly — not only because we genuinely care about our customers' experiences, but also because of the disappointment to our guests. Cancelling a tour also puts pressure on our staff and it also comes at a significant cost.
When our staff contacted you about the cancellation they informed you that you would receive a full refund. We also directed you to the Information Ctr to see if they could find an alternative tour for you that day.

It was wonderful! The experts on board were very knowledgeable and provided great information as well as making everyone feel welcome. We didn’t get to do this tour because it is advertised as wheelchair accessible and when we got there they didn’t have a way to get our handicap member onto the boat. Thankfully the girl there helped us find a different company but someone should have caught this issue ahead of time. I won’t be booking through a 3rd party company anymore.

Fantastic trip! Rihanna and Andrew were great! They were persistent in looking for the whales. Ended up seeing both humpback and orcas along with seals and sea lions. They were also very knowledgeable and patient answering our many questions.

I loved the experience and really liked the attention of the naturalist that went with us, as well as the captain's. The only thing is that I was expecting a bigger boat, We were not super tight, but we were a little and there were some people that were absent, so I think that it would have been very tight with all passengers considered.
