This was a great food tour. The guide was knowledgeable about Victoria's history and the food selections he made were really good. There was a selection of both savory and sweet. The food was tasty and the restaurants were locally owned and operated with history and significance, not tourist traps. He was engaging in his presentation and stories, and was welcoming to all.

A Must Do!!

Absolutely recommend! Lots of great food and interesting history. Andy did a great job being mindful and attentive to his guests, ensuring any dietary preferences were addressed. The walking was very doable, and a lot of fun to see the alleys and Chinatown. Be sure to get his list of recommended places at the end of the tour so you can check out a couple more! Perfect length with about 6 stops. Was awesome!

Great food choices! It was my husband’s birthday and Andy took us to a small family bakery and we all sang happy birthday and they gave him a treat to take along! The history was fascinating and we got to try things we would have missed without his guidance and knowledge! We try to do a food tour in every new place we go and this was one of my favorites!

Multicultural tastings. We really enjoyed all the history and stories that Andy wove into the tour. It was paced perfectly and every bite made me wanting to taste more… but it was so filling too! Loved the local vendor/purveyor twist. Great food scene in Victoria!

Andy’s tour was great! He was engaging and showed us parts of the city that we had not seen yet. I recommend doing the tour early in your trip as Andy gives great food recommendations for the rest of your stay. He also has lots of great tips for the rest of your travel. In addition to the food, he had some really interesting bits of history to share in between tastings.
