What are people saying about Victoria

Ken picked 8 of us girls...
Ken picked 8 of us girls at the cruise terminal in a beautiful van and drove us to Butchart Gardens. Along the way and back he gave us a city tour and was very informative and funny at the same time. He even picked us up early and gave us extra time. He then dropped us off at the Empress Hotel. The gardens are very beautiful and worth the trip. I would totally recommend Ken as a tour guide.

Great tour
This was a fantastic tour. We were on a cruise and they picked us up (on time) near the ship, which was so convenient. The tour guide and owner, Coleen, gave us a tour of Victoria City that included all the highlights. She gave us opportunities to get out of the van for photos and "rest stops." Then we went to Butchart Gardens (entrance ticket included). On the way she told us lots about the history of the gardens and the family who own it. After the gardens, she told us more about Victoria, as we headed back and gave us options for drop-off. Overall, it was a great day and very reasonable. Highly recommend! ps we appreciated that she didn't fill every seat, so we were more comfortable than we have been on other tours. Plus she's been in business for more than 20 years.

Two-hour tour, full day service!
Excellent tour of Victoria! This company provided great advice and service in the planning stage and a warm, friendly, and knowledgeable tour. Our wishes were Ken's commands! Perfect for an overview that will allow one to focus on what to learn more about!

Try out this unique, local food in history tour!
We got to spend a full day in Victoria, BC, so having already coordinated my High Tea at The Empress this afternoon, I found a unique, fun food/history tour beforehand, run by Andy, the owner of A Taste of Victoria Food Tour. There were about 10 people who started at Phillip’s Brewing & Malting Co., where we started with a sampling of their famous meatball sandwich (I had a vegetation chickpea sampling); we meandered the Chinatown alleys and Market Square; stopping at Friends & Family Bake, a Filipino bakery; Chimac Korean Pub & Fried Chicken, a Korean chicken restaurant; Shanzee’s Old Town, where we sampled some divine biscuits & grits; and even got some fresh Matcha Lemonade at Just Matcha Tea Shop, ending the tour at Rogers’ Chocolate, a favorite of the late Queen Elizabeth…and varies the stops somewhat based on the grout and the day, having about 13 businesses he likes to coordinate and promote @atasteofvictoriafoodtours @hollandamericaline @victoria_city_canada @phillipsbeer @shanzeesoldtown @rogerschocolates1885 @justmatchateashop
