BE READY 15 MINUTES BEFORE TOUR START FOR PICKUP. We do not automatically stop at all hotels, please call our office prior if you do not recall your pickup location chosen. Empress guests, please meet out front hotel entrance near door man. NOT ON STREET, NOT BUS AREA. Our first departure point is the Hotel Grand Pacific. You must be ready 15 minutes prior to departure time at all pickup locations. CRUISE SHIP GUESTS. SURF MOTEL Walk outside terminal to street. Turn right. Down the street on left is little motel: Surf Motel. We will meet here. Please do not inquire at this motel they will have no information. Must be here 15 minutes prior to departure time. This is a scheduled tour. We depart promptly on time.

I’m not sure that it was worth it. The tour guide was super nice, but the city tour was extremely basic. He really only showed us (drove by) two parks, a totem pole, the mayor’s house, and a drive past the government building (no stops). Nothing on the other side of the city. Then drove to the gardens and dropped us off to just walk around on our own. Several people were quite miffed that we didn’t get a tour of the garden. I know the garden tickets are $45 and I’m sure the round trip transport there would be more than $60 so in that way it was worth it, but not the tour experience we had hoped.

This was a great way to kick off our days in Victoria. Our guide Neil was outstanding. The initial tour around the city was helpful to get the lay of the land. The Bouchard Gardens were worth it. Could not be more pleased. We highly recommend.

Butchart Gardens is amazing. The tour around the city was good, because the guide (Tyco) was extremely knowledgeable and personal. It was evident he loves his job.

Our tour guide was very accommodating concerning our pick up place and was easy to contact. We felt like we received a good feel for the beautiful city of Victoria. He dropped us off at the gate and got our tickets for the Butchart Gardens. They were astounding. I cannot say enough for the beauty of the gardens and the city. We recommend this tour and tour guide, Neil. You will not be disappointed.

It is a great thought that Butchart Gardens have umbrellas for visitors to use. The grounds are absolutely stunning. Allow time to absorb / and walk it all.

This is a very nice small group way to see Butchart Gardens and an overview of Victoria.
There was ample time to tour the gardens combined with a nice narration of the high lights and neighborhoods of Victoria.
The meeting point was very convenient for cruise passengers.
Our guide, Neil, was a very pleasant gentleman who gave us lots of background of the city and area surrounding the gardens as well the history of Butchart Gardens.

There is an electric boat wilderness tour that was a excellent hidden gem. I recommend that unless you are an avid garden person who will take up two hours in the gardens. The Victoria neighborhood exploring was interesting. Sound driving and knowledgeable of the area.

This was an amazing tour from start to finish. Our guide, Tico, was punctual, friendly, funny and SO full of interesting information!! He was genuine and knowledgeable and filled our heads with so much of the history, architecture and fun facts about Victoria! This tour was definitely a highlight of our trip to Canada!!
