BE READY 15 MINUTES BEFORE TOUR START FOR PICKUP. We do not automatically stop at all hotels, please call our office prior if you do not recall your pickup location chosen. Empress guests, please meet out front hotel entrance near door man. NOT ON STREET, NOT BUS AREA. Our first departure point is the Hotel Grand Pacific. You must be ready 15 minutes prior to departure time at all pickup locations. CRUISE SHIP GUESTS. SURF MOTEL Walk outside terminal to street. Turn right. Down the street on left is little motel: Surf Motel. We will meet here. Please do not inquire at this motel they will have no information. Must be here 15 minutes prior to departure time. This is a scheduled tour. We depart promptly on time.

Our combo excursion with Island Time Tours with guide Tyco was great. Learned about unique places in Victoria and our visit to the Buchart Gardens was also great. A week or two later I think the massive show of tulips would be out!

Yes we are very clear we do NOT have room for wheelchairs, walkers and strollers. We have zero storage. Luckily we had room to accommodate your request at pickup or we would not have been able to take you on this tour.

The tour was wonderful, our guide Tyco shared many interesting facts and stories about Victoria. He toured us around the city in a safe and leisurely way which was very enjoyable, and then we headed to the Butchart Gardens for a lovely long walk through the spectacular vistas. Thanks for a wonderful time!

The tour was more than I expected. Tyco, our tour guide and driver, was great! He shared lots of stories about the history of Victoria, and took us to many neighboring areas that you wouldn't know existed. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to sit back, relax, and enjoy a ride around the harbor neighborhoods of Victoria. And then to be taken to Butchart Gardens to see the amazing Christmas lights through out the garden, what a treat! It was a fun day!

The BEST way to experience Victoria and the gardens.
We visited at the very end of the fall tour season, so had a smaller group that felt like a private tour. Our guide, Tyko, was very knowledgeable, willing to answer questions, and entertained us with so much information! We enjoyed getting to see some of the city sites without needing to navigate traffic, and the fall leaves in the gardens were beautiful. Our favorite is the Japanese garden, and it did not disappoint!
10/10 would recommend!

I had heard about these gardens previously, but could not have imagined how gorgeous and scenic these gardens are. It's like a world marvel, and we visited when the seasons were turning, so there were no roses in bloom. That did not take away from the wonderful experience. There was great chowder on site to purchase along with a tea shop and restaurant. I wanted to buy all the fine napkins etc from the gift shop...and the vintage carousel was also a treat! A must see for sure!

We are very fortunate to have Taiko as our guide on this tour. He was,on time. He even offered a sky diving experience to us, two seniors from Hawaii. Hahaha. Everyone should see Butchart Gardens. It is impossible to describe how beautiful the gardens are.
Have tour pick us up and drop us at our hotel was an added plus.
Our tour guide was just average. He had only been in Victoria a short time and obviously did not have the knowledge depth to do a great job.

Jim, our guide was excellent. He had a great sense of humour all the wihile giving us all the history we needed to know. This is a must do while in Victoria takes the stress out of renting a car and finding parking.
