BE READY 15 MINUTES BEFORE TOUR START FOR PICKUP. We do not automatically stop at all hotels, please call our office prior if you do not recall your pickup location chosen. Empress guests, please meet out front hotel entrance near door man. NOT ON STREET, NOT BUS AREA. Our first departure point is the Hotel Grand Pacific. You must be ready 15 minutes prior to departure time at all pickup locations. CRUISE SHIP GUESTS. SURF MOTEL Walk outside terminal to street. Turn right. Down the street on left is little motel: Surf Motel. We will meet here. Please do not inquire at this motel they will have no information. Must be here 15 minutes prior to departure time. This is a scheduled tour. We depart promptly on time.

Very informative tour guide. Very friendly. Very accommodating. Knew his stuff and open to any questions
We didn’t rent a car, and I am glad we didn’t. This was a perfect way to see the gardens and get a nice overview of Victoria from our driver.
Our driver was great and very knowledgeable. The gardens were beyond beautiful and we had plenty of time to enjoy. We did not feel rushed at all.
Our driver, Mark, was an excellent guide. His knowledge, sense of humor and fascinating historical insights made the experience enjoyable and enlightening. The Butchard Gardens were beautiful. We highly recommend the Combo tour as a great introduction to the Victoria area.

We did the city tour and The Butchart Gardens. The tour gave a great overview of the city and our guide Neal added all the history. He was a great guide btw. The gardens were beautiful and are worth wandering through at your leisure.
You haven’t seen Victoria if you haven’t seen Butchart Gardens. Just Stunning. Everywhere you look, it’s like you’re looking at another postcard.
The tour guide was personable, very informative about the areas we visited & the last stop of the gardens was fantastic.
It was a small group of 11. Timely pick up and return. The guide (Tyco) was very friendly, knowledgeable and a safe driver. He made the tour extra enjoyable. It was a great tour - highly recommend!

Great way to see the sites of Victoria and the famous garden. Our guide was wonderful. We had a few sites we wanted to see and he geared the tour to include them.

Tyco our guide was incredible! He was fun, extremely knowledgable, personable… it was just an amazing day! The gardens are definitely not to be missed! If you can request Tyco as your guide you should! You will not be disappointed
Larry, our guide was very knowledgeable and a good driver. It got to be a little to much about naming every plant as we were driving around and I fell asleep. Other then that the gardens were beautiful.
Great tour of Victoria Island that includes plenty of time at Butchart Gardens. Easy meet up at Empress Hotel. I wish there were other hop off opportunities other than gardens.
Great tour for first time visitors! Our guide, Mark, was a vast reservoir of fun facts and info about the community past and present. The time at the gardens was a little short, but that just makes me want to come back again. It would be great if there was water available on the bus, but not a big deal that it wasn’t. I appreciate that Mark was so accommodating- he offered to drop us off in Chinatown or Old Town, and even at our hotel. I also liked that it’s a smaller tour- max 14 people on a smaller bus. Great tour and a really good value!
Colleen was a friendly & knowledgeable guide. Tour meeting point was easy to find and an easy walk from cruise ship. We enjoyed our city tour & had plenty of time to explore beautiful Butchart Gardens! Highly recommend this small group (12 people) tour.
It could not have been better. The amount of knowledge our guide had was amazing and the enthusiasm with which he shared it was infectious. Mark is a treasure and if you are lucky enough to get him as your guide, you will not be disappointed.

A city tour that covered a lot of neighborhoods beyond the one square mile of Downtown Victoria. It made it feel like we got to see both the tourist areas and the places where people live in the area. Enjoyed the history and trivia. The gardens are magnificent. Definitely can be done in under 2 hours or one could spend a whole day there admiring the flowers
