The Victoria Harbour Air terminal is conveniently situated right on the water in the Inner Harbour, just steps away from the downtown core, the Parliament Buildings, and many of the city’s iconic hotels and attractions. Check-in for your tour is 40 minutes ahead of the scheduled departure.

Your seaplane flight over Victoria begins directly at the Victoria Harbour Airport. Choose from numerous convenient start times, make your own way to the airport, and complete a smooth check-in and boarding process. With a maximum of only 13 fellow passengers, this shared flight overs a cost-effective but still intimate way to see the sights.
Then, with your expert pilot at the helm, take to the skies. You’ll get to admire a perspective of Victoria that few other visitors get to see. Soak up views of the harbor and the Strait of Juan de Fuca, and even look out for the Olympic Mountains in the distance.
As you go, capture photos of the scenery. You'll have approximately 30 minutes seaplane experience—enough time for a good overview of the region’s popular highlights.
After enjoying a water landing experience—itself a distinct experience—you’ll arrive back at the Victoria Harbour Airport, where this tour ends.

- All passengers 18 years and above must present either one piece of valid government issued photo identification, or two pieces of government-issued identification without a photograph
- Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and be fully checked-in 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
- Children are welcome on this flight, making it a perfect introduction to flying and an inspiring experience for future pilots in training.
- If travelling with children, please be aware that the child fare applies to children aged 2-11 at the time of departure.
- A mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, may be used by a passenger to get from the terminal to the aircraft, however, passengers must have the ability to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 14 travelers

Great view of City and coastline. Smell of fuel or exhaust is noticeable but understandable. Can be uncomfortable if not used to it. Slick smooth ride.

The ride is over the city and coastline so do NOT expect to see whales. It was a very pleasant flight with great views of Victoria and its coastline. The staff is great.

Wonderful experience. Very cozy inside when planes full. Great value. Try to get in first 9 people so have a window seat. I brought my headphones and played some classic rock. Stones.floyd. Zeppelin. Absolutely recommend.

Overall a good experience but seats a very small, little leg room especially when the passenger in front of you weighs 400 lbs and his seat presses against your legs and knees. View is good from windows. Pilot is courteous. There is no narration on t ge tour. Worth the price but comfort could be better.

I struggled with how to rate this, but ultimately it comes down to my actual experience, not what it could have been. I booked this seaplane for a group of 4, spending $600, and it was extremely disappointing. The plane has 13 seats across 5 rows with 4 middle seats. A group of 6 boarded first and took all the window seats, then a group of 3 took the rest. My entire group was left with the 4 middle seats and we were all separated.
The flight was uncomfortable from start to finish. The larger group chatted over us, held hands/reached across us, and took photos with us in the background of every shot. We couldn’t take a single decent picture of the views, which is the whole point of the experience, and we could barely see out the windows.
For the price, I expected better organization, like assigned seating or boarding from front to back, to make things fair. Instead, we paid $600 to sit in the middle of strangers’ chaos and completely miss out on the experience.
If you book, I recommend waiting near the boarding area to try and secure a window seat.

This was fabulous, The only negative part is it's only about 20 minutes in the air. For the cost, longer air time would have been nice. But, still a great experience and I highly recommend. NOTE. This is an international airport, make sure you have your government issued ID, even for the Harbour tour. Fun fact: it's the only international airport in the world that can be closed due to whales entering the Harbour.

Harbour Air is not at fault for my poor review. A mistake by Viator put me at the pier after the plane had left. I never got to take the aerial tour I had booked six months in advance. My ticket said 5:30 with check in 40 minutes in advance. I was there at 10 minutes before 5 and the plane had already left.

This seaplane experience is way too crowded. I was part of 14 passengers and that was excessive as the seats on the plane were more suited to a 10 year olds size. They jammed 3 passengers in every row which was ridiculous as the out side passengers dominated their small windows and the passenger in the middle could not see much scenery. My knees where jammed against the seat in front of me as the seats where not far enough apart. I personally would not put more than 8 passengers in this seaplane.

Flew over more trees than anything
No idea what we were looking at, should have pilot or someone letting you know when over Butchard Garden, etc. The 30 min flight included taxing around in circles so a boat could get ahead

We watched the seaplanes land and depart from our balcony for a week. The call to fly kept getting stronger and on the seventh day we flew. From the air, the panorama of Victoria takes on a whole new light. We had a clear day with blue skies and water. And the water, it was like skimming across a mirror. Our pilot was skilled and negotiated the transition from water to air and back with no noticeable difference. I am older and have a somewhat reduced mobility. It was no problem as the ground crew was there to lend a helping hand (not to mention arm) before I needed it. Everyone was supportive, welcoming, and friendly. I have flown all over the world and this will go down as one of the most memorable.
