Tickets are nominative; bring a valid ID matching the booking name. Entry may be refused without it.

Basilica time limits apply: 20 minutes for the main area, plus 10 minutes for the Pala d’Oro. Museum and Terrace visit duration depends on the service booked.
Visitors aged 11+ (Basilica-only) or 6+ (Doge’s Palace) must book an adult ticket.
The Basilica may close or restrict access due to religious events or high tides.
From January 1, 2026: Basilica €12; Museum or Pala d’Oro €24; both €36; Campanile €18; Doge’s Palace €35; Museum Pass €40. Remaining value covers operational costs, including the audioguide and hosting or certified guiding services.
For skip-the-line hosted tickets, you will join a group at the meeting point and must remain with your assigned host for entry. Hosted access does not bypass security checks.

The basilica was ornated and beautiful. However, we couldn’t get in on time since the guide had the wrong tickets. I was the only one to get in right away, and the rest of the group got in 20 minutes later. They had to wait for the guide to be emailed the right tickets. Waste of time and money. Save your money and buy your own tickets.

This is not skip the line

Priority access is not the same as skip the line tickets. On top of that we had to wait in the regular queue due to high water levels in the square. Due to late start we were rushed through the basilica passing by regular ticket holders who had the chance to enjoy the inside beauty. The experience is worth it but consider another tour with priority tickets.
