Ease of travel and coordination!

This was the smartest booking. The booking was scheduled and they suggested a pickup time but we could change it if we wanted to, very flexible. They confirmed the night before, sent a map so I knew exactly where to meet the water taxi, excellent communication. We had been traveling for weeks in Athens and Italy. Lots of luggage . Instead of trying to book a water taxi from Venice to the train or a car service separately and make sure we had time. They did everything for me. The water taxi called for my name at the pier, we boarded with his help. Leisurely boat ride through Venice. Met our Mercedes van driver right at the carpark pier. They unloaded the luggage from the boat. Our driver loaded the van. Plenty of room for 3 people (could hold 6) but we had luggage for 5 (Ha!) Great ride to the airport. I was super impressed by the entire process. This made our group of 3 travel feel efficient and effortless. I would book it again both ways next time!
