The vouchers provided. In the app have to be exchanged at a physical office for entry tickets that could easily be emailed to the customer. Instead, we had to walk in virtual circles for 45 minutes in 95 degree temps to find the office and then walk about a quarter of a mile back to the entrance of the basilica to stand in line for half an hour. The ordeal was frustrating, exhausting, and unnecessary.

Please note that the meeting point is where you will collect your entrance tickets. As stated in the voucher, you are required to arrive there 15 minutes before your scheduled visit time to collect your tickets.
