This tour requires walking long distances, I was expecting to go inside Castelo San Angelo, but we only visited the outside, the day of the tour was raining so that made the tour less enjoyable, and by the time we reached the last church to be visited Santa Maria de la Victoria, the church was closing early for a especial event. The tour guide was very nice and friendly, and he had a lot of information about Rome’s history.

About Castel sant’Angelo we are really sorry for the misunderstanding but in the description it says the entrance to the castle and the pantheon are not included.
It is a 3 hours walking tour.
Visiting the castle it requires at least 2hours

Our guide walked us around and over Rome, took us to key places in Dan Brown’s book as well as a few places that he felt we should see on the way. Stories of the book and origin stories of the myths and symbols in the book made us want to read it again and watch the film again (2 days after reacquainting with it)

Guide very flexible and offered additional sites as we went at a pace that allowed The guide provide a couple good back stories and help us understand the importance of each location outside the book. Spoke English well and was fun

This tour was lead by a very knowledgeable guide. Really enjoyed this trip through the history and politics of the Vatican. I would not recommend doing this tour on the same day as touring the Vatican, only because it’s a lot of walking!

I didn’t go because they cancelled last minute both times I booked. No explanation was given extremely unprofessional and simply not ok. I booked a hotel so I could do the tour was really looking forward to it. Waited over an hour the first time to be told it was cancelled at the time of the tour. So I booked it again the following day to be told again last minute after I planned my day again revolved around the tour to be left high and dry once again. It ended up costing me a lot of money to stay 2 nights in Rome with accomodation and food. They advised I will receive my refund in 3 to 7 days on both bookings which left me with less money in my credit card to spend. Terrible experience if I could give it zero stars I would. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this company based on this experience. I was told many conflicting things from customer service. First I was advised it was sold out then minutes later I was told a different storey. Very disappointing as I left Rome not being able to do any tours as both days were a right off. Buyer beware.

Our tour guide was great, incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the amazing places she showed us.
But - this is not heavily angels and demons based. It’s a tour around the churches they use in the church. It’s much deeper than the movie

We enjoyed visiting the places that were part of the Angels and Demons story. Our guide was fun to be with and very knowledgeable. The weather was extremely hot but she was careful to keep us in the shade as much as possible.

This tour was very poorly organized. I arrived about 12 minutes late because of traffic and an unforeseen hike to the meeting point. The meeting point was the fountain in St. Peter's Square. There was no information provided that taxis could not reach the square. I had to be dropped off several blocks away and walk. There was no information as to what the guide would look like or be wearing. There are a lot of people there. When I got to the square I looked at my phone and saw the guide had messaged me saying he could only wait a couple of minutes before he had to start. Curious since I was the only one on that tour. I called and messaged repeatedly but didn't get a response until after midnight. It was very disappointing to not be able to take this tour. I think the guide had other things to do and didn't want to do the tour.

If you don’t book a private tour you can’t pretend from the other people to wait for you .
It’s expected from you to be punctual
And it’s really respectful for other tourist and people who are working too.
