We had a wonderful experience with Davide and his birds. He was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information about hawks, their habitats and training. He made sure everyone in our group had one on one time with his hawk. He has a wonderful bond with his hawks, which made for a great experience. The weather was forecast to be very hot, so he offered to adjust the time to meet earlier in the day. The area of Tuscany is stunning and was a lovely background to watch the hawks fly. Overall we had a fantastic outing and will repeat this experience on our next visit.
