Our tour guide, JC, was awesome! He picked us up on time, took care of all the tour logistics - tickets, check in, etc. The tour was so fun, seeing 4 cenotes was the best way to understand how unique they are. After the tour he took us back in central Tulum for lunch at an awesome restaurant, suggesting his favorite tacos, and talking to us about other tours/sites. After he dropped us off, he sent us all the pics and videos he took of us during the tour. Great experience all around.

> One of the biggest advantages of a private tour is being able to relax while we take care of all the details, so we’re happy that everything—from transportation and tickets to check-ins—went smoothly for you.
>
> Exploring four different cenotes is truly a unique experience, and we’re glad it gave you a deeper appreciation for these incredible natural wonders. We also love hearing that you enjoyed lunch in Tulum and JC’s local recommendations! 🌮😊
>
> And of course, the photos and videos are a great way to relive the memories long after the tour is over. Thank you again for your kind words and recommendation. We hope to welcome you back for another adventure soon!

Our party of six really enjoyed the cenote tour. The guide, JC, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This was a much better experience than other cenote tours we’ve taken, and Casa Tortuga is beautiful.

We’re especially glad to hear this tour stood out compared to others you’ve taken, and yes… Casa Tortuga truly is a beautiful place!
We hope to welcome you all again soon for another unforgettable experience!

It’s was pretty. Guide was good. Transport was private but cenotes were not- they are open to the public. He picked us up on time at our resort. Lifejackets included but no snorkel offered.
Underground cenotes about 10min each. Open cenotes had more time and cliff jumps but it was kinda chilly (not their fault).
Lunch, as a vegetarian, was not so great. Out of multiple items. They offer juice but no alcohol (for purchase even)
What I’m getting at is the tour was fun, but it’s overpriced. We usually tip but didn’t this time

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We truly appreciate your honesty.
We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the day overall, that your guide took good care of you, and that the private transportation and punctual pick-up made things smooth. As you mentioned, the cenotes themselves are public natural sites, but we aim to visit them at times that allow for a more comfortable experience.
We’re sorry to hear the vegetarian lunch options were limited that day — that’s certainly not the standard we aim for, and we’ll follow up with the restaurant to improve consistency. We also appreciate your comments about snorkeling equipment and beverage options; feedback like this helps us evaluate how we can add more value.
Regarding pricing, we understand that value is personal. Our tours include private transportation, certified guides, entrance fees, and a flexible schedule — but we always review our services to ensure they meet expectations.
Thank you again for sharing your perspective. It helps us continue improving the experience for future guests.
