Wow, how to be nice but still provide a true review...

Our guide had to work with tired people by this point plus we had already seen some of the areas he planned to take us to so worked with him to adjust somewhat. His Belarus accent would have been difficult to for my family to always understand (hard of hearing and trying to keep up) but I stayed close to get as much information as I could and did OK due to my expose to heavily accented persons. We explained multiple times that we needed to adjust but it felt like we were walked around Union Station from different entrances and got nowhere. The kicker was when the guide had us "jay-walk", which my son is adamant about using cross walks, and the guide almost got hit by a car deciding to change lanes at the last second. At that point, my husband and son were ready to take an Uber but the guide agreed that he would take us straight to our hotel at that point but even then, there were slight detours. Yes, we were tired already, but he seemed to want to use up the time still vs listening to our requests to get to our hotel, not the one we started at.

Our guide (Vacrel) was a pro- and adaptable. But Viator erred, issued two separate tickets, including a tour of the CN Tower tour that I had previously told Viator I didn't want with two separate meeting points. Nevertheless our guide showed us the Tower AND the Old City Highlights which we had requested. Our experience suggested Viator has some administrative weaknesses
