The tour was canceled at the meeting place without in advance notification And no refund was issued.

Good afternoon Sung, we are sorry for what happened, just a remind that we sent you a message informing you that we did not have the minimum capacity to do the tour and you contacted us beforehand, we offered you the alternative of doing the underground tour and you confirmed the change, you did not show up at the time of the tour, please see the missed calls that you had from us to contact you, if you return to Toledo you are invited to enjoy the 2 tours.

It did not state “only in Spanish” As an English speaker I would not have purchased Plus, it did not state “tickets to the cathedral not included” Kind of a scam

We are very sorry Kevin that you have not read the information correctly. It is not fair for us that you indicate this review, because as soon as you made the reservation, a message was sent to you indicating that the tour was only in Spanish, and on the day of the tour you were called and wrote via WhatsApp (we have the chat in our records) Writing an opinion with the title "Scam" is a very serious accusation and even more so when it does not correspond to reality because what really happened is that you did not carefully read the description of the product you purchased.
