Enrique was an amazing guide walking us through Toledo. The city is beautiful on its own but so much better when he explains the history along the way.

We were picked up from our hotel in Madrid and delivered to Toledo where we met up with Enrique. This trip could not have been better or easier. Enrique’s knowledge of Toledo was amazing. The pace was perfect and we saw so much in such a short amount of time. Enrique made lunch reservations for us in a lovely authentic restaurant. If you want to get a real feel for Toledo you should book this trip!

If you’re a fan of history and literature, this trip takes you through both. Don Quixote takes place in the area. It’s like traveling to the past. Our guide was very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour.

The tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly, considerate and on time. The driver was knowledgeable, friendly, on time and had a very clean car. Both were extremely helpful and I would request them again.

Our driver Fernando picked us up on time at our hotel and got safely us to Toledo in about an hour. We met our local guide Ana who guided us for the rest of our time. What a terrific guide! Maybe the best tour weve had. Knowledgeable, personable and full of local knowledge being from Toledo, I swear she knew everyone in town. Great help from Enrique arranging lunch reservations. Our day exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful experience on this tour of Toledo. We were conveniently picked up from our hotel in Madrid by Fernando - he also returned us safely when finished - you need a lot of skill to tackle those narrow roads in Toledo, and Fernando was great. The minivan was spacious and comfortable.
Our guide was fantastic- Enrique is a Toledo native, and his love and enthusiasm for his home city is wonderful to experience. His facts and historical anecdotes were spot on and the stops he chose left us in awe of this former Spanish capital.
I highly recommend this tour!

This tour was definitely the top highlight of our Spain vacation! The entire process was very smooth, and the organizers kept us informed every step of the way. The cancellation policy is flexible (credit card doesn't get charged untl 24 h before, which is great peace of mind when traveling abroad) and we received details at each step of the process. Our driver David was prompt and polite, and our tour guide Enrique was engaging and personable, as well as a treasure trove of information about Toledo history and culture, we could have listened to him for hours. Due to the 5 hour time limit (which included the drive from Madrid and back), it wasn't possible to see all of the sights in Toledo, but we got an excellent overview which could serve as a basis for a future trip. Highly recommend this tour, and also that all travelers to Madrid make time in their schedules to fit it in!

We cannot imagine having a more qualified or personable guide than Enrique as he led us through his historic and well-preserved hometown of Toledo. He knew every nook and cranny and his passion for history and the significance of the first capital of Spain was enthralling. We will schedule the identical tour again on our next visit to Madrid. Our driver Francesco was punctual and helped us immensely in getting photos of this beautiful old city from outside its walls. The whole day was memorable!

Highly recommend this tour! The drive was very comfortable and the driver was very professional. Ana was a great tour guide and told us so many interesting facts about Toledo. She personalized the tour to our interests and went above and beyond to book lunch reservations for us and point out the best places for souvenirs. Angel was an excellent driver. His vehicle is quite comfortable and he is very punctual.
Enrique was an excellent guide on our tour of Toledo. He is incredibly knowledgeable and flexible based on the interest of each group. He is also quite excellent guiding teenagers and keeping them engaged.
We had ample time after to eat at a restaurant Enrique recommended and explore the town more before returning to Madrid.

This was the way to visit Toledo from Madrid. They picked us up in a very nice car, and we had a nice trip to Toledo. Our guide met us at the entrance of the city, and gave us an extremely thorough and thoughtful tour throughout the city. It was super interesting to learn how many cultures, and how old some of the stuff that they still retain there. We also went to multiple shops where they showed us how they made some of their, porcelain and metal works. We then had some free time to roam around do some shopping and eat at a super fancy restaurant which I highly recommend called la Cabala. At the end of the visit when we were ready to eat, just texted Driver and he picked us up where we were. He also offered to take us on some sightseeing tours of Madrid as we drove back into the city. Overall, I highly recommend it. Having the private tutoring guide made it a much nicer experience so you didn’t have to be in a large crowded group.

Alberto the driver and Enrique the tour guide were both awesome. Both were very friendly and Enrique in particular was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Spain and of Toledo. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking for a day trip out of the city to see a very historic and unique medieval city.
