This was a last minute booking for a day trip to Toledo. We were contacted by our guide Sonia in advance. We were told about the history of Toledo and given plenty of time for pictures and questions when we arrived. Sonia made learning fun! I would give her 10 stars if I could! This is one of our highlights from our first trip to Spain! I would definitely recommend this to friends and would consider a repeat tour!

Javier is the best tour guide experience we have ever had. When I booked the tour a month in advance, I received an email with helpful advice, exactly what train to book from from Madrid to Toledo and recommendation where to have a meal after after the tour, as it can book up especially during high season.
Javier met us as planned and drove us, circumventing Toledo so that we could take in this beautiful town from a distance. Then the walking tour started inside this ancient town where we were showed around all the landmarks and must sees, for 3 hours. Javier had an iPad so he could show us old renderings and more easily explain the meaning of all the El Greco paintings and the paintings in the cathedral etc. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and easy to communicate with before and during the tour. We learned so much. I highly recommend this tour.

Manuel was an engaging and knowledgeable tour guide. As a local, he was able to provide not only the historical perspective but also an insider's take on contemporary life in Toledo. We were also able to access hidden and underground sites that are inaccessible without a licensed guide. Highly recommend!

We truly appreciate Manuel and his colleagues guided tour. We had to postpone it to due to some illness, which they had no problem with.
Manuel is knowledgeable, fun, patient, great with kids. He is a Toledo local too!
The panoramic view is unbeatable!

We absolutely loved our time in Toledo, and a big part of that was thanks to our incredible tour guide, Valle! As a local, she brought the city to life with her deep knowledge of its fascinating history and culture. Valle knew all the best spots to visit, eat, and shop, and her passion for Toledo was truly infectious.
What made the experience even more special was how she introduced us to several local artisans and shop owners. Each one welcomed us warmly and generously shared the stories behind their crafts and culinary traditions. It felt like we were being shown around by a friend who wanted us to love her city as much as she does.

Victor was our tour guide for Toledo and he was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the history of the City. He took us to quiet areas of the Old City in addition to the areas where there are more tourists. He gave us a great tour of the Cathedral with a tremendous amount of information. I highly recommend this tour and Victor as a tour guide!!

Carlos was an excellent guide, so informative and knowledgeable. No matter the question, he had the answer. We really enjoyed the tour and him as a guide!
The only thing we would recommend is that on the description of the tour it should state strenuous walking, lots of hills and steps. The description was so vaugh we thought the whole tour was in a car. We are all 65+ so it was tough for us.

Our tour guide,Lidia Choza Ligero, was exceptional. Her knowledge, professionalism and friendliness made the tour outstanding. Manuel a true Toledo expert and multigenerational native. His passion for his city and its history is displayed with his exuberance and extensive knowledge. He is a graduate of art history and was easily able to answer multiple additional questions with ease and a warm accommodating nature. He included many entertaining antidotes. His popularity among the many townsfolk easily apparent. My fellow travelers and I have been in the country for a couple of weeks, with multiple guide, and we concur that his combination of knowledge, good storytelling, sense of humor and affable nature made him our favorite. A tremendously enriching experience. Sonia curated a thoughtful tour and was intimately familiar with the history of Toledo, its structures, and western history generally speaking.
Additionally, Sonia went above and beyond as a host. Having an older person in our group that walks slowly, Sonia gracefully and thoughtfully moved at our pace. When we had a ticketing issue with our return trip back to Madrid, Sonia efficiently coordinated a cab ride for us that picked is up from the Cathedral entrance/exit at the conclusion of the tour. The synagogue and cathedral were astonishingly beautiful. I will be encouraging my family and friends to take the tour. Highly recommend.

We took the six hour tour of Toledo! Fernando did an amazing job and was such a pleasure to spend the day with! The town of Toledo is stunning and is a 'must-see'. The tour with Carlos was amazing. He took us to great views and wonderful historical buildings. His knowledge of the history of Toledo is impressive. I highly recommend this tour. Carlos is the best!

Our tour guide, Salome, was exceptional. She was super knowledgeable and made the tour interesting and entertaining.
Were were confused by the name of the tour, we expected the tour to be a three hour taxi tour, however the taxi part of the tour was only 15 minutes at the beginning, the remainder was a walking tour. We really enjoyed the walking tour however others booking may appreciate the clarification.

We are a group of 8 friends traveling together who added in Toledo a little later in our planning. Thank goodness we did! We actually looked into Toledo because of a restaurant we found and then decided not to do the restaurant but booked a tour of the city instead since we really had no idea what we were supposed to look at. So thankful we did and we booked the best tour. Upon first contact with Pablo he was super friendly and helpful. He advised us how to book the tour so we could save some money since we had a larger group. Pablo gave us many suggestions for lunch places and the one we ended up reserving was seriously delicious with an amazing atmosphere. We had a hard time making the lunch reservation and in the end Pablo was the one who was able to pull some strings and make the reservation for us. He even stopped by to say hi during lunch. Super nice guy!
Our guide, Javier, was hands down the best guide we have had on our trip. He was super personable, friendly, knowledgable and knew everyone in town. He knew everything about every shop and which shop to go to for which items. His recommendations were spot on! Javier showed us this cistern that only a few guides had access to which for me was the highlight of the tour. How amazing just to be able to go down into an old cistern in the middle of town and see the make up of this cistern that had all this new build on top. It was surreal. At the end of our 3 hr tour Javier walked us to our restaurant and make sure we were seated before he left and offered to help us call taxis if we needed which apparently was quite needed when it was time for us to head to the train station. All in all, a very blessed day and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience Toledo through someone born and raised in Toledo!

Our guide Irene was lovely! Very knowledgeable and she accommodated us whenever we needed. She took us to beautiful places and clearly knows and loves the city! The marzipan store we visited was a big highlight!! Highly recommend
