The tour was in two sections, and were with two different guides. Both were bilingual. Waste of time, it’s like we had half tours. First tour guide was nice, the other one we couldn’t understand her English. First experience with Viator that wasn’t satisfactory. We had many others all over the world with them that were wonderful.

Skip this, not worth the time

Skip this tour and see the Cathedral on your own or on another tour. First, half of the time is spent waiting listening to the tour in the other language which means you’re sitting there listening 2x more and seeing less. We barely saw anything in Toledo outside of a few stories to hear about generalities about Toledo. The guide was very scripted and didn’t add commentary in between nor was able to answer basic questions from people. Toledo is an amazing city with so much to see, l so if you want to see it more, strongly suggest skipping this tour!

We were greeted by the guide, she informed us that it would be a bilingual tour (not what anyone on the tour signed up for) after 30 minutes of walking she said we would be on our own for an hour and we need to meet the next tour guide in front of the cathedral. It was so unorganized and so many tours in front of the cathedral we did know who our guide was and had to go to each group to find her. After we all finally checked in with her she then left us to buy the tickets and was gone for at least 15 minutes when she came back she realized that she didn’t but enough tickets and had to go buy more. We finally made it in to the cathedral. It honestly is amazing and worth going. Again bilingual tour so it was hard to follow and boring, not very informative so we tagged along with another English speaking tour.

First of all, we are sorry you didn't enjoy the tour. As you can see in the tour information, it is said that the tour could be bilingual. And the guide had to buy more tickets because some customers appear little bit later, and of course she had to buy the tickets for them.

Super disappointing followed by amazing

We started with a city tour that was to be 90 minutes and was only 38 minutes and very difficult to hear. I have taken many tours and this was very disappointing as we learnt nothing about Toledo. I’m surprised by the price we paid and number of people there was no speaker or vocal enhancement. Really felt like we should have taken a free tour and everyone in our group was surprised by the length and expected much more. The second part o f our tour was with Marion and she was 5 star amazing! So much information on the cathedral and absolutely fantastic!
