Excellent tour! Walking tour going through LOTS of people. Our tour guide Maya was friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable. Maya covered aspects of Shibuya crossing both historic and contemporary which made the tour very enjoyable. We highly recommend this tour!

Hiraku was an amazing and engaging tour guide. We walked around shibuya and got little fun tidbits about most of the areas we stopped

We had a wonderful time on the Shibuya Highlights Walking Tour! Our guide Hiyori, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience fun from start to finish. We loved exploring Shibuya, learning more about the area, and seeing places we probably would have missed on our own. The secret view spot was an awesome bonus and gave us a great perspective of Tokyo. Everything was well organized and easy to follow. Definitely a great experience and something I would recommend to anyone visiting Tokyo!
Great tour, learnt about the history, fashion, and traditions of Shibuya. We had two tour guides which were both amazing. They offered to take some photos of us which turned out to be some of the best photos of our trip. I highly recommend taking g this tour.
Ayaka was honestly amazing. She was kind, genuine, and made the whole experience feel effortless. There’s nothing like getting a tour from a real local who knows the city beyond the tourist spots. I came to see Shibuya, but left with memories I’ll genuinely hold onto.
Ayaka and Yuta our tour guides were wonderful. They explained the area, little bit of history and culture. Showed us some interesting spots, where to eat, drink, shop, take pics and place to relax (and yes, place to relax right in the middle of bustling Shibuya).
I lucked out and had Fukura for my walking tour. It was early enough where I was the only one with him. We did a back alley tour and it was impressive to hear Shibuya’s background and unique characteristic compared to other famous spots within Tokyo. Keep up the great work!!

Really enjoyed this tour of Shibuya. Ayaka was an absolute highlight; super warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to listen to. She brought the neighborhood to life in a way you just can't get wandering around on your own.
The pacing was great, the stops were well chosen, and there was plenty of time to take it all in without feeling rushed. Ayaka was also happy to answer questions and share tips beyond just the official itinerary, which I appreciated.
Especially recommend this for solo travelers, it's a great way to get your bearings, meet other people, and actually understand what you're looking at rather than just walking past it. Worth every yen.
Victoria and Koto lead a great tour showing the main sights but also some secret spots that I'd never have found on my own. Really learned a lot and enjoyed the scramble crossing and view from above. At the end I could cross by myself and go to the big Manga shop (Magnet).

Our tour Guide was Ayaka and an amazing guide she was! Told us a the history of every spot we went too. She answered all my questions and was very kind and thoughtful. I asked her about getting Goshuin at the temples. Ayaka showed us her book and how to get them. She also told about a few good place to eat. Every place we travel its important to do this type of tour so you get familiar with the area . It shows you the best spots and locations to visit while your in Shibuya. Awesome tour guide!

A huge experience packed in a short amount of time. A nice walk around the Shibuya Crossing area including less famous side streets. Naoto was a fantastic guide, very accommodating knowledgeable, willing photographer and a very friendly personality.

Perfect tour for our first night in Shibuya, especially at night with the lights. The Shibuya crossing is crazy busy so it’s great to go with a guide. I did get a little lost and confused with where we walked, but next time I will map my walk so we could retrace our steps in the day time. The guide took pictures and sent them after the tour. Maybe giving us a map at the beginning would be a good suggestion, so we could orient ourselves (Shibuya was a bit overwhelming on our first night, but it got easier!). Overall fun tour!
