Don’t use this company- a total rip off.

A total rip off. The morning pick up was fine with written contact the day before including a photo of the transfer vehicles tag number. However the evening pick up never occurred. I went to designated pick up location (where I was dropped off in the AM and no one was there to pick me up. I wound up using a public bus and a taxi. Later received a call asking where I was when they were the ones not at pick up location.
