This was a great tour, even though I had to get up early in the morning after a long flight! Well worth it. Our guides were friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and they made a point of supporting local businesses.

The tour driver/guide was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to answer any questions and made the tour so incredibly enjoyable. I also was able to learn from an aborigines about his heritage and made me think differently about many things relating to the places we visited in the Blue Mountains. We also were able to eat in authentic Australian restaurants and sample new dishes. All in all, it was one of the greatest experiences of my life.

This was a very informative, professional and thoughtful tour. Menashe & his brother were amazing, pleasant & knowledgeable. Zanza Tours Pty was our Blue Mountain Tour company.
My husband and I took the Blue Mountains Ultimate One Day Tour from Sydney. It included an absolutely delightful coffee/tea/hot chocolate options and pastry morning stop as well as an incredible lunch at Mountain High Pies in Wentworth Falls NSW. The train and tram ride at Scenic World in Blue Mountains was gorgeous & have an amazing look at the history of the area, as well as the stopping points for views of the Blue Mountains that they selected were absolutely perfect.
We were given the opportunity of seeing the culture of the Aborigine Heritage which was insightful and delightful.
Our last stop that was Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park was a wonderful experience with lots of furry friends at close range for visits. If we were given a scale of 1 to 10 for this tour we would give it a 100 and select it every single time we would visit. Thank you all for providing us with an amazing experience while visiting Sydney, Australia.

The experience was absolutely amazing- it started out with Menashe calling me and offering to give us a private tour for no extra cost, which was absolutely amazing. He was absolutely awesome and picked us up from our hotel and had a lot of interesting info to share on our way to breakfast to a very picturesque local cafe which had amazing coffee and food. He then took us to the Blue Mountains. We ended up doing the tour with the aboriginal guide which was incredibly enlightening and eye-opening. It started with him telling us about the culture and origins of his people and showing us the tools they use, etc. He then took us on a hike through the mountains to show us multiple lookout points and waterfalls and rainforest in the bush, all while showing us what everything means to them and what plants they use for what. It was incredible- we got to try multiple different plants and even make natural paint with the quartz. We then went to get meat pies for lunch, which were AMAZING. Then lastly, was the wildlife park which was sooo cool to see all the native Australian animals and take a photo with a Koala. We got to feed kangaroos and wallabies and see so many interesting creatures. Overall was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend anyone young or old to come on this tour!!! Super fun and insightful and a great way to see the country.

I am a nature lover and found despite the cold weather that the guide could have given us more time to explore the sightseeing. I am afraid of heights, but after a few seconds I loved the rides. The cable car and the train rides were great and I would have loved to have done them again. It was too fast to do one after the other. Then we stopped at a view to overlook the mountains. Again it was cold, but we would have enjoyed to stay a little bit longer.
Our last stop was at a wildlife park, to be able to take a picture with a Koala and see all the other animals. But again we had not enough time. Coming to Australia I really wanted to see Koalas and Kangaroos; sadly I only got to see them under time pressure. The wildlife park had so many other animals which I had not seen before, and sadly didn’t get to see them on this trip. I would recommend the tour, but make sure that the group is not under time pressure. In the end, we returned ahead of the scheduled time.

Living near the beautiful Smoky Mountains, the Blue Mountains are a totally different experience. The breakfast stop was awesome. This trip leaves early in the morning, but is worth it because it helps you miss the crowds. We were lucky and only had a group of 6. Sean was a great tour guide with great stories. He knew how to get us to the front of the line to make the experience more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The tour was excellent!!! It ended up private becuase it was only my husband and me in the tour. Menashe, our guide, was excellent. He went above and beyond to cover our needs, he even took us to buy jackets because it was very cold for us on that day and we were not that prepared. Everything was wonderful and it is a must see if you are staying in Sydney!!!

Didn’t go by Bondi Beach, the Botanical Gardens, or go into Featherdale Wildlife Park. The lunch stop was closed, the coffee/tea stop in the morning was not well coordinated either. All in all, we spent almost 4 hours on these two stops alone. When booking a tour, guests expect and pay for a well coordinated experience. Guests are paying for the streamlined experience and for the efficient use of time along with the tour operator’s expertise to make the most of the excursion.
I’ve done many tours in the past and I did not feel this experience was worth the cost. The operator did not provide the services described in the tour. The operator did not organize the experience in advance as they should have- and we paid for. I would not recommend this operator.

Our guide was fabulous and although our pickup was very early, we found out later it put us ahead of all the filled tour buses. Minache’s ( probably spelled his name wrong) ensured we experienced local tastes which was a unique experience we would have missed. We started the day with speciality coffee and fresh scones, lunch was fabulous locally made meat/ vegan/veggie pies. We were also introduced to his friend who gave an orientation to Aboriginal/Indigenous culture which was great and his guide was so passionate.
In all we were 9 people on the tour and we divided into two groups, one group experienced Aboriginal culture through nature in the Blue Mountains while the rest of us did the Ultimate Blue Mountain tour which included the three different rides/trams. We thoroughly enjoyed the day and would highly recommend it. By the way, everything was included! 🇨🇦

It was a wonderful day! Since the mountains were socked in by fog in the morning, Menashe took us to see the 2000 OlympicsPark and Featherdale Wildlife Park first. We then took off for the mountains, which by then were sunny and gorgeous! Loved the Scenic World and we also had a very informative cultural talk from an Indiginous native. Menashe was very knowledgeable about Sydney and the Blue Mountains and was extremely accomodating. Five stars!!

Really comfortable small group tour with a good variety of experiences. Smaller wildlife park experience (especially if you like birds) where I fell in love with so many delightful animals. Blue Mountains with an experienced local who helped avoid lines while still doing it all. Well-planned and super enjoyable— even on a blistering hot day! A highlight was stopping by the guide’s own city of residence in the foothills for a delicious breakfast as the journey commenced (helped break up the drive) and lunch at the Conservation Hut!!! Definately recommend!

The experience visiting the Blue Mountains was really great. Lloyd picked us up outside our hotel and was immediately fun to be around. He took us over to the Sydney Olympic Park, then we drove about an hour to a mountain town and a small, quaint coffee shop named Freudian Sip, which was really excellent. We then drove over to meet an aboriginal man, who shared some knowledge and talked to us for a bit which was cool. Then we went on the Scenic World train, walked through the rain forest and mine displays and took the cable car back up to visit the cascades. We ate lunch then made our way to the zoo where we pet kangaroo and saw all types of animals. Overall, we had a great experience and Lloyd made it come to life with his personality and friendly nature. Great job Lima Lima Oscar Yankee Delta, Lloyd from London. Cheers!

We had a very enjoyable day on this small group tour. The group made four major stops during the nine hour trip. First stop was Blue Mountain Scenic World. We explored this area by cableway, railway,
skyway and walkway. This area was beautiful and the rides added to the fun. The next stop was Katoomba Falls. Lots of steps, but it was worth it. The third stop Echo Point had a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. The last stop after lunch was Featherdale Wildlife Park. The group viewed animal that were native to Australia and New Zealand. This was a nice end for a well planned day.

Our tour guide was confusing at times in communication but otherwise he was an awesome tour guide, drove safe and great pick up from our hotel!
