The WiFi in the Sydney Tower is not strong at all. The staff kindly printed out a paper ticket. Need to massively improve the WiFi signal as I also tried to download the ticket from the Pitt st Mall, but to no avail. The overall experience was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Would thoroughly recommend it

The online tickets weren’t sent to my email. The staff at the Sydney Tower were very helpful, but without a QR Code, they couldn’t let us in. So, refund please

Great views of the city. Definitely a tourist trap so busy! Good pics in the afternoon especially. I would say make sure to come when it’s not raining.

So it's a very quick experience but honestly the view towards the harbour is all blocked by other tall buildings so I was quite disappointed.
You get a sense of Syndey but compared to other similar experiences (e.g. Empire State Building) there isn't so much of the history and interest presented there.

Its well worth it to see the whole of sydney and the info about the area u can see given by the guide
Paula_H, Jun 2026
It’s easy and fast to go up. No long lines and plenty of elbow room on top to take photos. Great place to get an overview of the city.
Maureen_J, May 2026
Once I found the exact entrance to the tower the rest of the experience went smoothly. It’s not expensive and you can easily see everything in the time allotted.
Would say to leave plenty of time to get to the location.

Getting there was extremely confusing we had to use AI to figure out where it was. Great views! Price is a little steep for just that, but still a great way to see the city

We enjoyed the experience very much. We bought our ticket on this site when we were there as we could not commit ourselves to a time. There was no problem, no delay, received ticket code instantly. Buying them here saved $$$$.

A beautiful view of the city from 360 degrees. Take panaramic photos from all angles. Only allot about 15 minutes for this.
Noriko_S, Apr 2026
View from the Observation deck was wonderful, but there was no guide. The tour was not conducted. Therefore, I just walked around by myself.
Tanya_Y, Apr 2026
I loved the view. Then we went and had a drink. It was magica. We were able to see the sun set and that add it even better l
Gary_E, Apr 2026
Brilliant way to see all of Sydney from one vantage point with great facilities for all ages inside 👍
Katrina_G, Mar 2026
This is a great way to see 360 degree views of Sydney. It wasn't particularly busy when we went, so we didn't have to wait long for the elevator. There's a coffee shop at the top, so you can grab a drink and admire the views.

Great experience, great views , easy to do , easy to get to , viewing deck was easily one of the best things we done
Jonathan_R, Mar 2026
Views were awesome, didn’t feel rushed or anything but there was no one at the stand to take our picture when we entered so we never got that
Don_T, Mar 2026
We bought tickets for the 10am tour but the place doesn’t open until 11am. We had to wait for over an hour!
The views are great but they have posts like every 4 feet so difficult to get good pictures. Also glass was a little fuzzy
Joan_M, Mar 2026
We really enjoyed the Sydney Tower Eye. We had our tickets ahead of time and everything went smoothly. Staff is very organized and the views are spectacular. The tower is worth visiting.
darrel_g, Mar 2026
Well organised with great views. Way overpriced for what you get for your money. I don’t think it’s value for money
Brent_C, Mar 2026
It was interesting to see the city from that vantage point. I do believe the directions to the Eye could have specified that it is in a mall on the fifth floor. It was a little difficult to find without that information.
Hwee_K, Mar 2026
Everything here still looks new. The view was outstanding and one actually can relate where one have been from the bird eye view. Very relaxing
Darren_W, Feb 2026
This is certainly a must-visit attraction when in town, especially for those comfortable with heights. In my opinion, it is a one-time experience and does not require repetition.
JANNETT_B, Feb 2026
This tour is completely on your own. Advantageous to compare cost via Viator to purchasing directly from Sydney Tower.
A first-timer to Sydney, I had no idea what I was seeing. View of the Opera House was blocked. Only a portion visible - don't remember what was blocking it.
Unless you are familiar with the Sydney skyline, recommend taking a tour with a moderator, if possible.
CRISTY_J, Feb 2026
Easy no need to line up as soon u got the ticket even no access for wifi u can still get your reservation.
Ina_F, Feb 2026
This was an easy self guided tour. The sky tower provides a 360 degree view of Sydney. It was a little hazy the day we were there but still beautiful.
Kristin_G, Feb 2026
Cool to see, but expensive. We spent about 20 mins, and then done. There was a sky walk option, but we didn’t have time to wait the hour before the next time setting. If we had more time, maybe this additional option would have been good.
Kate_D, Jan 2026
It was a great experience and you were able to see all of Sydney!
The lifts are very small and can take awhile to get up and down.
Geoff_B, Jan 2026
Excellent, and very well organised. The views are breathtaking. This is a must, for anyone visiting Sydney.
Belinda_B, Jan 2026
The gentleman scanning us in that evening, I believe he was english and blonde. He was busy, yet took extra time, and extra kindness to help us out with a user error. He is an absolute assett to your team. I believe his badge read duty supervisor.
The Sydney Eye itself, it had dirty glass from people smudging their faces up against it. Pretty gross. Also the binocular things were quite blurry too. Also with thumb prints on the lenses. Otherwise recommended if you can get a deal from Grouponq
Susan_M, Dec 2025
There are fantastic views of the city and a cafe that you can buy food and beverages. It was so good to see some points of interest from the tower.
