We could not have asked for a better table view!!! We were greeted with smiles and friendly assistance. We departed as timed. The meal was good and good service.!! We had Erin as our waiter and he was friendly and patient!! We returned on time but was offered to delay out departure if we desired to second drop off. The sights were awesome!!! Couldn't have a better seat to see Sydney!!! I would highly r recommend Harbor dinner cruise!!'

This was a great way to see the harbor at sunset and when the lights go on in the city. We chose to reserve a table at the window which was nice and we upgraded to a menu that offered the lamb which my family preferred. The food was fine. Our pick up was at Darling Harbour and they made a stop to pick up passengers at Circular Quay. Many of those passengers got off at our Darling Harbour return stop so I guess they had enough and were ok walking a different route.

The cruise was well organized. The servers were friendly and efficient with the menu selection and service. The harbor sights were lovely as the sun set, and fascinating as the city scape lighted up against the black sky.

I feel bad about leaving a negative review as the staff was very nice. However, we felt very rushed regarding food selection and time to serve…not a relaxed atmosphere. There was no commentary regarding what you were seeing during your cruise. There was a band set up…but apparently only played on the weekend.

Great views of entire Sydney harbor, we made multiple round trips so all guests could see everything and take great photos of Sydney Opera House etc. Delicious menu items and beautiful dining rooms.

Food was very subpar considering the price of this experience.
The duck roll was served cold (unsure of if that is how it was intended to be served or not). The ravioli was edible at best, although i find it hard to believe i would be shocked if it wasn’t from a can considering the lack of personality that the dish had. I ordered chicken breast for the main and it was incredibly overcooked and the vegetables were, although cooked well, lacking flavour and oomph. The gravy was also flavourless and watery. My partner got the lamb and that was cooked absolutely perfectly. On the positive side the desserts were impressive and yummy.
I also believe that the drinks served were a bit lacklustre - the cocktail(s) we ordered were ‘meh’ and the wine tasted cheap and nasty. It should be noted that my neither my partner and I are experienced wine tasting professionals in anyway so it is entirely possible that we don’t have a clue what we are talking about (haha). It is also noted that drinks are (understandably) not included within the price advertised.
The views were subpar but i don’t think that is necessarily the cruises’ fault and more likely just a matter of it being down to which season you attend the event - obviously winter will naturally get dark earlier.
The hospitality was faultless and all of the staff we interacted with were friendly and polite. Big ticks in that aspect.
Overall my impression was that this is a tourist trap and i feel as though i did fall victim to said trap. Not worth the price, would not recommend to any friends or family.

Stunning views and even better food with exceptional service. Went at the 1700 tour and was less packed than the next one at 1900. Also able to go out onto a deck after you're done eating as well!

The boat was clean and tidy and our server very friendly. I would have preferred either a different main or entree as there was 2 salmon dishes, all meals were delicious and presented beautifully. The live music was great and we could move around the boat to look at the bridge, opera house etc. We had a window table but you could still see clearly from the middle too.

This was my family's first time in Sydney and we thought this would be a good way to experience some of the top attractions. The trip honestly exceeded my expectations! The sunset views were outstanding; truly, my photos look fake. The food was good, not great, but better than expected. We were with out 20 something year old children, both of whom loved the experience. I would highly recommend as an evening outing.

Boarding was a bit chaotic but is to be expected with the number of guests on the night.
Canapé was okay although it tasted like it’s been sitting on the table for awhile. Entree - had the Ravioli - it tasted more tomato sauce than ravioli and goat cheese. Main - Salmon was overcooked and lamb was served cold. Dessert is probably the only reasonable meal we had! Extremely disappointed!

We boarded the Captain Cook Cruises for a night around Sydney Harbour. We were greeted by smiling and very helpful staff. It was a clear night so the sunset was very clear and pink skies through the clouds. The menu was very nice as I had the Salmon for Entree and also the Salmon for a main. The cruise passed all the sites of the harbour but I believe through the Vivid Light show the harbour would come to life.

Night and day comparison. The Perth one was nice.
The Sydney experience.... food not so good, entertainment not so good and they charged us for juice with our upgraded dinner.

The Sunset Cruise was a very enjoyable experience and definitely worth doing. The boat departed on time and returned as scheduled, which made everything smooth and stress-free.
The only issue I encountered was with the departure point. We were initially told to leave from Wharf 1, but the departure was moved to Wharf 2 without timely communication, which caused some confusion. Improving this aspect would make the experience even better.
Other than that, it was a really good experience overall, and I would recommend it.
