We missed our night tour, the website had pick up location as 1 but when we finally reached customer service it was 1A. Being a real tourist, we could quickly find 1a . We will start again today.

Day 2 of our 48 hour pass, there was only 1 bus on route , so after A 1.30 hour wait we finally gave up along with many others , hop on and hop off , not a chance , I've done this in so many other citys and always had a fantastic time , sydney was a disaster

You can hop on off with ease start at any stop on the tour we started close to our hotel however buses start at 9 am from main hub and their first stops vary giving their time schedule we got picked up in the am at the wharf and had to wait til the buses made their stops. The app tracking the buses was spot on Wish we spent more time at Bondi beach- be mindful that they close spots the day before major event like the Sydney marathon … do this tour two days before or the day after

Once aboard the bus the ride was enjoyable and informative. The timetables and frequency of pick up times varied greatly than advertised, so it changed our plans about how many stops we could hop off.

Laba the driver did not stop at a designated stop. We wanted to get off. He went through it without stopping.

Easy way to get an overview of the city. We took it to Bondi Beach, which was very convenient. Buses are about 40 minutes apart.

This is a must! I only had a day to experience Sydney and I can’t express how thankful I am for booking this tour. It was a Power Hour! Best views! Photos! And wonderful crew! The host entertainment and guide was extremely helpful and humorous. The weather even in the winter was nice. Bring a jacket, and sunglasses, the rest is there.

If you are short on time in Sydney and have already done the major sites (Opera House, etc.), this is an excellent way to spend a few hours. You get an excellent overview of the city, its famous beaches, and the primary neighborhoods within Sydney.

A bit of confusion on the timing of the first stop near me, so it was pulling away as I rounded the corner.
Once I was on the bus the trip it was an interesting ride. I was focused only on getting to Bondi, so I didn't "hop off", but it gave me ideas for future tours to be able to explore Sydney.

Hop on hop off aspect was great. Lots of staff to help you get on and off the bus you were looking for.
What was lacking is the tour… lots of time spent listening to crappy Bangor on the audio and I’m gonna be brutal… the prerecorded audio experience sucks compared to an actual guide. It talks about things and half the time you can’t see what it is they’re on about.
Folks, get a public bus and google it - you’d be better off.

Got back it time to do the city loop bus as well

I wasted nearly 2 hours trying to locate pickup point at central station. From your site it’s say outside central station but there is no signage at the bus stop, so I decided to chat with big bus virtual help and they directed me to Pitt street bus stop no.18 where I saw a clear signage, I waited there for 1 hour before I called to ask when the bus would be coming because I saw a red bus pass without stopping someone heard my conversation and directed me back to the first stage and when I got there I couldn’t tell which side of the road… It was frustrating.
Anyway, I had a good time and the drivers were nice and helpful with information.

Had to wait for 45 minutes to be picked up. Call centre did not answer phone despite leaving a message. Did take us to the described stops . But its not as described that if you hop off the next bus is in half an hour to get on. Not worth the money spent.

Informative tour. We did both the red line and blue line tours. Be sure to download the app so you can track where the buses are at. They supplied the ear buds for the narration and rain ponchos on the day it rained.

Originally it said it went to 5 pm, but for some reason they concluded at 4 pm and we had to walk back to our hotel. Otherwise it was a great way to spend a day seeing Sydney all over the sights. We really enjoyed it.

Although it seems like traffic, the bus moved at a great pace. We came during Vivid so road closures. Follow the live map in the ap. Its how I figured out we were detouting. The driver explained and let me off since the desire stop I needed was missed. He was kind and let me off. Wish they would have announced some stops would be missed prior to getting on.

I had a few hours to spare. The app made booking easy. The routes and services provided were clearly articulated. It is important to note the distinction in operating time for day tickets and night tickets respectively.

Convenient drop off and pick up locations. We changed from the red bus to the blue Bondi bus return.
Buses run pretty well to time and appear to be reasonably maintained.
Enjoyable reasonably priced touristy thing to past some time.

This Big Bus package is a MUST!! We only had 2 days in Sydney but we were able to see all of the hightlights including a stop at Bondi beach to put our feet in the sand and have lunch. We took the boat tour to Manly and the Taronga Zoo for one of our afternoons. And the night tour was heavenly to see Sydney in all its glory at night!

Enjoyable experience with friendly staff. We were a little unsure of where to hop on after getting off and walking around that area. We felt the second day allowance should allow off and on option as well where you still have a time allowance from the first day.
