Our cooking class with Mina was an absolute highlight of our trip to Italy! She is a fabulous host who made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. My husband and I both agreed that the meal we prepared together was the best food we’ve had all week. Mina was able to accommodate our food allergies and picked us up from our hotel. Was an absolutely awesome night! Mina and her family were absolutely gorgeous, very friendly had many great chats and got to know them all. They were all very hospitable, helpful, and easy to talk to. We got picked up and dropped off, which made it even more seamless. Our drinks were always full and we were always made to feel at home. Their home was a gorgeous property and was very close to our accommodation. Was an absolutely fabulous night and would 100% recommend anyone coming to Sorrento to try. Thankyou all xoxo

Mina and her family were the sweetest hosts!! They made us feel at home. Her Nonna made a homemade sauce for our parmigiana and it really is their secret weapon. The best I have ever tasted! I can’t wait to cook this meal at home. I just can’t say enough good things about this cooking class. It was like a family gathering! I would recommend them to anyone!

We had an absolutely amazing and memorable time at Sorrento Garden Kitchen! Mina picked us up and brought us to her beautiful family home in Sorrento, where we cooked in the stunning garden with her and her sister, Ariana. The atmosphere was peaceful and absolutely beautiful. We got to tour the gorgeous family garden, and we made tiramisu, eggplant parmigiana, and gnocchi alla Sorrentina. Afterward, we ate our delicious cooking right there in the garden scenery. The family was so incredibly warm and welcoming. It was a highlight of our trip!

The chef and support staff were really nice people. The resulting food was very good. But the overall experience was lacking in explanation and details. Also there were too many people to effectively conduct and teach a hands on class. A more complete description of the menu and process should have been provided before the start of class along with expected timing.

Myself, my mum and my sister had the best time with the girls cooking a classic Italian meal the other evening. We booked the 5 o’clock slot and had the entire class to ourselves which was lovely. Doing in the evening was great as we got the sunset in the background and was still really warm. I would 100% recommend doing this, it’s great fun and the food is amazing 10/10

We made classic gnocchi, an incredible eggplant parmigiana, the most delicious tiramisu, and — thanks to a happy little mistake — our now legendary “baby gnocchi.” What made the whole experience even more special was the focus on fresh, homegrown ingredients. Everything we used was bursting with flavor and clearly made with care and love. You could truly taste the difference in every bite. Everything was simply perfect. A must-do if you are in Sorrento and the surrounding area. From the beginning, the person who took care of our transport to the family home/farm was cheerful and dynamic. Once we arrived on site, the place is very beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. You feel good there immediately. The course is 100% hands-on and each of the dishes is prepared entirely by us (no step is pre-made in advance). The ingredients are fresh from the garden, and we can even go pick them ourselves. Mina and her sister Ariana guide us throughout the process, and each of the dishes is simply delicious. Several refreshments (wine, beer, limoncello, etc.) are offered throughout the course. Mina recommended local places or beaches to try/see. In short, I strongly recommend this course.

This cooking class with Mina was a real moment of happiness. By an incredible stroke of luck, we were the only participants that day... we were treated to a private course without even asking. We felt like VIPs from the stoves! Mina is absolutely adorable, passionate, and she shares her recipes with a lot of generosity (and patience, thankfully). His mother was also very sweet and caring, which made the atmosphere even more family friendly. And the little secret of this delicious cuisine? Almost all the ingredients came directly from Mina's grandmother's garden. Suffice to say that tomatoes had more sun than me all winter. On the menu, nothing but happiness: fried eggplant with parmesan, lemon and nut spaghetti, gnocchi alla sorrentina... and finally, a tiramisu so good that one could have written a poem. It was so hearty that we left with leftovers, and frankly, it was almost worth a visit just for that. We accompanied all this with an excellent local white wine, and in digestive, a homemade limoncello concocted by the nonna itself. In short, a delicious experience at all levels. I recommend 100%, eyes closed and taste buds wide open!
