Overview

Amazing! Michele is the best! He is very welcoming, pasionate and friendly. You'll experience a very upscale, quaint, hands-on and joyful experience! A must do for your trip! We're so glad we chose this dinner experience for our last night in Italy. We'll definitely be back!

A Must-Do Experience in Sorrento! This experience is an absolute must while in Sorrento! Not only is it a fun and engaging way to learn how to make pasta and tiramisu, but the setting itself is stunning — carved into a cave and filled with designer-inspired details that make it both cozy and chic. Michalo, the owner and host, greets you with such enthusiasm and warmth. He shares his nonna’s tomato Bolognese recipe, adding a personal and authentic touch to the evening. Both the pasta and tiramisu were hands down the best I’ve ever had — and that’s saying a lot coming from someone who lives in North Beach, San Francisco!

Booked this based on the other 5* reviews but it still exceeded our expectations! This was one of the highlights of our holiday in Sorrento! Michele was so friendly and hospitable, the setting was beautiful and it was just an incredibly fun evening. Absolutely loved it and would recommend to anyone! Thank you Michele and Casa Banana!

This experience was one of a kind. Our host was amazing and attentive. He took his time and really showed us every detail, all while making us spritz. The ambience was beautiful and I would totally recommend going and experiencing the class.

We decided last min to do this and I am so glad we did. It was the best evening. Ery intimate - only 4 of us and it was so wonderful!! The space and chef are so welcoming and this is going to be a wonderful memory to last. Food was delicious!!!
