Enzo and his staff made this experience wonderful!! He was engaging, funny and made the time we were there enjoyable. I would definitely recommend booking this class. We learned how to make dough to make pizza and breads and how it can be used many different ways by adding different ingredients. Then we made ravioli from scratch and homemade tiramisu. All made from Enzo‘s place using his fresh and homegrown ingredients. It also included homemade red and white wine and limoncello. Then we all sat down and ate the delicious meal we made while overlooking an absolutely SPECTACULAR view.

Enzo’s class was truthfully a great experience. He was very personable and his space was gorgeous! He taught us techniques and we had a beautiful dinner overlooking the outskirts of sorrento! I couldn’t recommend this more! Thank you SO much Enzo, my husband and I had a wonderful time! Grazie!

This is an authentic taste of Sorrento and real Italian pizza and pasta. (Also limoncello, tiramisu and wine) Everything we cooked was locally sourced either from Vincenzo’s home or nearby farms. He was patient with our family and we actually learned some skills we can now take home with us to make raviolis and pizza!! This was a truly memorable experience we won’t forget.

This was a wonderful experience, we were very lucky with a small turnout for a Saturday night, which allowed us focused instruction and intimate conversations with chef Enzo.
All the ingredients were grown in his garden, the food and wine were first class.

Oh wow, my adult daughter and I had the most amazing time! From pick up to drop off! Enzo was the best instructor ever! Fun, instruction was clear, and our dinner was so very, very good. We had a wonderful and fantastic group to boot. Angela (Enzo’s “angel” aka his assistant) was so sweet and on top of everything too. The view - stunning. I’d give more than 5* if I could. A fantastic family experience! Ages 13 to 80 and everyone enjoyed! The chef is the show! Michelin star rated, humorous personality and so inclusive of all participants! Stories of his life and family while teaching us how to make homemade pasta, pizza and limoncello tiramisu from his cliffside historical villa overlooking the Sorrento coast! Breathtaking views! We then enjoyed the food we created along with chef's homemade wine and limoncello to top off the evening! Great fun, stories, food and family! It was truly a wonderful night!

This was a must do activity! Chef was incredibly passionate about food and enjoyed sharing his passion with us. The pizza was the best we had in Sorrento! We can’t wait to try making all of the recipes we learned when we get home. Although something tells me it won’t be the same without the 350 year old pizza oven and the ingredients grown fresh right on his land.

Everything about this evening was spectacular. From the ride, to Enzo’s beautiful home, the history, the prosecco upon arrival to the detailed instruction, to the hands on pizza dough and ravioli making and then to the limoncello tiramisu to the instructional of how to make limoncello. The meals were simple with organic ingredients from Enzo’s garden but could be made a multitude of ways. The view from the work space terrace was stunning and Enzo’s home made wine was amazing. My girlfriend was over the moon with the evening. 5 stars is an understatement as this evening will be etched into our memories for a lifetime
