Avoid Lemontour Catania - Most unpleasant tour I ever booked!

Booked our tour with Lemontour Catania. Worst tour ever experienced! First they changed the agreed on pick up point only 20 minutes before departure. Although we managed to be there on time they didn't show up claiming that we gave them a wrong phone number so the guide couldn't reach us. So the guide who left without us had to come back. Then the van was about to fall apart. The sliding door didn't close any more properly so the rain and airstream came in while driving. It even went totally open once. The suspension didn't work either. It was a very uncomfortable ride! And third, the guide was just a rather unfriendly driver. In Taormina he left us out of the van and told us the direction for the attractions to go.

We had a wonderful day with an excellent guide, Manuele. This was so much better then renting a car and driving on the twisty narrow roads. The towns are beautiful, unique, colorful and our guide brought it all to life.
