we got to experience the beauty of syracusa from the water. it was really an experience for such a great price. office was a but hard to find but just a bit of asking around and we got it figured out.

Boat ride around Siracusa

One hour relaxing cruise around Siracusa. Captain Steven showed us the local caves and forts. Better than the Hop on and off bus.

Attente pendant 20 min en plein soleil.... A l'arrivée du bateau, le guide, qui parlait exclusivement en italien, n'est même pas venu nous voir. Il a pris les billets des autres touristes italiens et n'a pas demandé les nôtres. L'excursion comprenait un apéritif, nous n'avons rien eu! Ne parlant pas italien, j'ai essayé de demander au guide qui m'a répondu qu'il fallait prendre un autre bateau! Nous avons pris le bateau au lieu du rdv, indiqué sur le bon viator, aucune considération pour les touristes non Italiens. Honteux !!!! Cela ne vaut pas 20€ .

Oui, je me souviens du jour de cette tournée et nous nous excusons pour le désagrément que c'était le 14 août et malheureusement, ayant un nombre exagéré de passagers, nous avons dû diviser nos clients vers d'autres bateaux qui collaborent avec nous, en raison de l'attente de 20 minutes et de la confusion. de transit dans les grottes marines, en ce qui concerne les rafraîchissements dus au covid cette année, nous ne sommes pas obligés d'offrir un service .... Ce n'est donc pas une justification mais le 14 août sont des jours terribles et avec ces restrictions covid nous devons diviser les passagers de manière sûre ... Avant le billet Les gars qui prennent le bateau ont déjà été informés que vous étiez un client viator donc je ne pense pas que c'était un problème ..... Je suis désolé de ne pas avoir fait bonne impression mais en ces jours de chaos, cela peut arriver
