Great boat and sights, disappointed service and experience

The boat and the sights were great! Unfortunately the service and the atmosphere was not what we expected. The top of the boat was reserved to a group of people that were incredibly loud, it looked like they were having an influencer collaboration, a lot of videos being recorded and some inappropriate language being used, there were children present. The people were very nice but it’s not the idea we had of the experience. In addition, at 9:29, the capital called us, to check if we were joining the trip, we were in front of the boat, the meeting time was 9:30, as I explained to him that, that he was extremely rude. I went into this trip with an expectation to relax and to enjoy my wife’s birthday with our 10 year old daughter. Not what we found at all.

The boat was really nice and not crowded for our group. The staff were very friendly and assisted with anything we needed. The reason for only 3/5 is because of the “lunch”. Our group has done quite a few experiences like this and this was the least amount of food received for a lunch. We only got a bowl of rice/couscous. Had they stated what would be served we’d be ok with it but labeling it a lunch when it felt more like a snack. Everything else was great outside of this.

This day is very well organized and interesting. The captain (Zenith company and catamaran named Tokyo) is very understanding. We made two swimming stops, one of which was a little longer than planned because the site was so enchanting that the majority of the participants wanted to stay in that spot longer. We had been informed that we would make a passage to Cala Azzurra and Cala Bue Marino, but after a wonderful swim in Cala Rossa we returned to Trapani without the expected aperitif and without an explanation. We ate very well, the staff were very nice, but skipper and stewardess bickered a lot and this is an unprofessional attitude if you sell yourself as a luxury catamaran.
