Dos dias antes de iniciar el tour cambiaron el mismo, suprimiendo la subida en Bus 4x4, con lo que fue necesario hacerlo a pie, una paliza!. Según ellos era por seguridad. Antes de comenzar el tour pregunté por que no era posible hacerlo en Bus en lugar de a pie, y me dijeron que los Buses no operaban por seguridad. Al llegar arriba, donde sube el teleférico, sorpresa! sí que funcionaban los buses 4x4 y le dije a otro guía que quería hacer el tour con Bus. Comenzó a gritarme (no exagero) delante delante de todo el grupo que se lo tenía que haber dicho abajo. Un tal Pietro La Rosa, de unos 45 años, muy maleducado, me faltó el respeto y ridiculizó delante de todo el grupo. No lo olvidré nunca. Me humilló y arruinó el Tour. Totalmente inaceptable, más aún cuando abajo ya había preguntado por el Bus y me mintieron descaradamente. La empresa es Etnatouring.com. Evitadla! Ya que además del trato humillante, fuimos los últimos en salir de abajo, tardísimo respecto lo anunciado! y los últimos en regresar, una hora más tarde de lo previsto, en el último teleférico, después de las 17h. Muy mal organizado vamos. Y de los palos que te facilitan para caminar ni hablemos...todos rotos, sin cintas...un desastre. Contratad con otra agencia, o os arrepentireis cuando veais allí que habeis elegido la peor. Enjoy!

Gracias por tu comentario. Lo sentimos por la mala experiencia que tuviste hace varios meses, pero la ruta del tour Mt Etna top 3,345 m fue reducida en aquel momento por motivos de seguridad, debido a la actividad volcánica y establecía el solo uso del teleférico y en ningún caso el uso de los autobuses 4x4. Los detalles de la nueva ruta se expusieron en la comunicación unos días antes de la fecha y, por práctica, se repitieron antes del inicio del tour. Seguramente ha habido un malentendido con la guía y nos disculpamos por lo que ha sucedido. Con la esperanza de poder acogerte pronto en uno de nuestros tours. Cordialmente
