Fantastic Morning at the Alcazar

Paying a little extra to visit the Alcazar at 8:30 am was well worth it! The site opens at 9 and gets very crowded. I was able to enjoy the gardens in peace after the tour as others were just starting their visits.

Disappointing tour of Alcazar

Very unclear meeting point. Guide was late. No apologies. Other people upset. By the time we entered Alcazar it was 3.20 and not 3pm as booked. Paid for skip the line but didn’t feel we got it. Guide seemed to rush through the tour constantly looking at her watch Didn’t feel valued and felt it was a waste of money. Totally different to a cathedral tour

This was a great tour and we really enjoyed our guide. She was personable and very knowledgeable! We almost missed the meeting point because there was no red flag or logo or anything to identify the tour with - I saw people putting on earpieces and walked up to ask if they were our tour. Luckily it worked out!
