The email said to meet at 1.30pm and the Guide was 20 mins late and then it was 14.15 by the time all 27 people lined up in order and got into the gardens, which is fine if you have plenty of time but we only had 40 mins of his time.
He was a lovely guy but the talk was a bit dry!

The tour company we good at communicating. After seeing the palace, I would have rather toured the cathedral since I only had time for one tour. Our guide was Clara: a bit rough around the edges, and a bit slow at conducting the tour.

It was a lot of history. Depending on time of year and time of day-it can be warm. So many people in small areas. Our tour guide was late getting started which was ok,but there were technical difficulties throughout and made it difficult to follow.

It was great to have our guide Carlos to take us straight in without queuing - "like rockstars!" he said. Carlos was entertaining, informative and interesting, making the whole experience fun. We had not realised you must book several days ahead if you want to enter the palace on your own, and there were no online tickets left for the duration of our stay, with the only option to queue before opening each day and hope, so we were so grateful to find space on the guided tour the next day. Of course it cost more than entry on its own but it was well worth having the guide, especially the fabulous Carlos!

It was 40C in August in Seville and everyone was looking for shade to escape the heat. Our guide was very informative about the history of alcazar. I was expecting more splendor for it being a palace. I enjoyed the mosaics and peacocks. Regrettably the garden is out in the open sun which in summer you couldn’t spend much time in. The little cafe was hot in stuffy inside and had few tables outside which were quickly filled.

Meeting point directions for this event on the Viator app and in email take you to the tourist information office. This is incorrect. Other people given wrong instructions too. I messaged the group lead and she we were then given correct instructions.
Other than that, fantastic experience!!!

Great now there are earphones so don't have to listen to guide shouting.

What a ripoff! We had to wait in line because the "skip-the-line" line had more people than the regular line. Our tour guide was knowledgeable but the mic sounds was terrible and he rushed us through the palace saying it was too crowded. What did we pay all thisoneh for?

The tour was OK but it was only 60 minutes in the monument , and the guide spent 12 minutes of that time waiting for people to use the toilet. Everything was rushed. Not worth the cost, and the gardens were not worth visiting. The free Seville gardens are nicer. Save your money and go to Alhambra instead and stick with the much nicer free city gardens in Seville.

The Alcázar cannot be missed. This was a great tour, not too long, that walks you through the palace. You’ll learn about the history and then get to explore the gardens on your own until closing. I wish I had more time to hang out in the beautiful gardens - definitely plan for that.

I arrived late because i could not find the location but the staff at the office was super helpful in pointing me the direction where I can find the coloured umbrella and tour guide. Guide was knowledgeable and funny and it was a great experience overall. I did not know how long the tour was going to be, that would habe been useful. I would book with them again.

The guide was very rude and patronizing to all the participants of the tour from the start. Probably to be funny but it wasn't at all. This prompted us to hand over the audio equipment and explore Alcazar ourselves without the guide.

Our guide was very nice, but his English had a very thick accent that it was hard to understand what he was saying most of the time. The tour is expensive and I expected someone whose English is very clear. Also, you do not need to bring a cover for your shoulders as it states in the directions. This is false and a rule that no longer applies.

Our tour guide was fun very knowledgeable and went over and beyond in explaining not just the details about the palace but the whole Spanish culture and history surrounding the building of the palace and era.
