This was an appalling tour. Sold as an hours tour of the cathedral with optional tower climb at the end. Angela took us straight to the tower & we then only got a 35 min tour. Plus Angela didn’t really have much to say on our tour. We’ve used Viatour on many many occasions. This was utterly rubbish & disappointing !

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. Due to the exceptionally high number of visitors in the Cathedral over the last two weeks, the Cathedral authorities have been assigning very strict time slots for access to the tower. If that slot is missed, the climb is lost, so unfortunately this is something beyond our control. For this reason, the guide had to take the group to the tower first. After the climb, the guided visit inside the Cathedral continued for approximately one hour, in line with the scheduled duration of the tour. We are sorry that the visit did not feel satisfactory to you, and we truly appreciate you sharing your opinion.

Great way to see the cathedral and tower with a knowledgeable and friendly guide. It was very crowded so being able to avoid long lines was a plus.
