  • The entrance ticket of Alcazar is nominative. Each ticket belongs to one person identified with ID card or Passport. It is mandatory to bring the original document the day of the tour. Alcazar does not allow changes or cancellations.

Wonderful time and we learned so much from our guide. Climbing the bell tower is work but so worth it. Just be prepared! Seeing the Alcazr was also very informative and relaxing.

It was a very good experience, very enriching for the visit of the cathedral, the guide Jesus was very interesting, funny ....really a memorable moment For the visit of Alcazar, the visit was very short, the guide did not do the visit very seriously, it was botched (1 hour), she left us very quickly explaining to us in 2 words what remained to do... Too bad

Our tour guide Xavier was very nice and informative. The Alcazar was interesting, but the Cathedral was spectacular. Nice ramp hike up tower for great views of the city and bell tower.

The cathedral was amazing and alcazar is super cool, especially if you've seen Game of Thrones. Our house was very informative although hard to keep track of in the things of people. If seeing but places, plan on a good 3 hours. We didn't realize it would be that long.

This was just tickets to the building but the auditor was informative. If you’ve done Alhambra prior to this, you may find it under whelming but the statues are amazing to see.

A good way to see the main sights half a day

A great way to fit a lot into a short period of time. The hilight of the visit to the castle was definitely the gardens which are incredible! The church is very impressive and ornate. If traveling in the summer months be aware that the crouds are large and there is some wait time to get into the sights but it's manageable.

Our guide was very informative but I would have liked more of the history of the palace and cathedral instead of a history of the architecture of the buildings. I feel like the gardens would have been nice to have more time to explore. My teenage kids turned off the ear piece about 20 minutes into the tour.

If you want to see HOW Christian or Islamic Paradise should look like - visit Alcazar Royal residence. The palace, the gardens, fountains, columns... everything looks like you got on the set of Avatar movie. Cathedral - monumental, view from tower - breathtaking.

Big day in Seville was a disappointment . Could not understand the guide

Could not understand guide. Bad articulation. Tried to be funny... vs telling understandable historical stories Others agreed. Combo ticket did not allow to stay in the castle gardens. Would do church and castle as separate tours. Not a good experience at all.

Guide was good. Sites are good - I particularly liked the cathedral. It's a big tour, probably 25 or so people. Seville was insanely crowded / packed in May and a big tour was tough. Do a private if you can find one and can handle the higher price. Otherwise, this can work.

Havier the tour guide was great and very knowledgeable of both the Alcazar & Cathedral. We were lucky to have a private tour on the Alcazar too. He was able to skip us to the front of the queue due to prebooking a tour which really helped. It does get quite overcrowded in the Alcazar, even though they only let so many people in each day, you do need to get there as early as you can to beat the crowds inside. I wouldn't do a double tour again however as we only had 20 minutes time on our own at the end of the tour, which meant we missed most of the gardens and couldn't go back in, as we then needed to be at the Cathedral meeting point. The tour lasted around 1 hour, but we could have easily stayed another hour or more just exploring the gardens.

Overall I think it was too short of tour at alcazar and also, it was not clear in the heading what language the tour in. I think it should be written in the heading.

Jesus was so fun to go on the tour with. He wanted us to score highly on his quizzes but we were so tired. It’s takes a bit out of you to travel so far. Very fun and impressive.

The grandiosity of the Cathedral is a must see. We had to give it only 3 stars. While our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, it was extremely difficult to understand his English and we are American.
