Sophia was an amazing guide. She met us in front of Alcazar and got is in quickly. She had tablet with her that showed us additional information as the tour progress. Her knowledge of our tour was exceptional and she was really good at getting our visiting children involved in the tour.
Prior to the tour, she kept us up to date with information that would ensure that we are prepared for our tour.
We highly recommend Sophia for your Sevilla tours.

Took a trip with my parents (who are in their mid 70’s) this past October and I am so glad we booked Sofia for this private tour(and she was so great we booked a second tour with her to Italica)! Not only did she provide fantastic tours for us that were super informative, she was also attentive to our need to take rest stops for my parents and did not rush us and made us feel most comfortable on the tours. She also extended her insight to the city while we stayed in Seville for several other days- providing recommendations for restaurants and shopping areas. My parents, husband and I travel quite a bit and I would say she’s likely one of the best guides we have had over the years. Additionally, she also recommended another wonderful tour guide for our day trip to Cordoba which worked out wonderfully. If you’re going to Seville, please do not hesitate to book with Sofia. She is an absolute gem and will not disappoint! Really helped make our experience to Andalusia a wonderful experience.

I completely thought I already posted a review, so sorry! Amazing tour, so much info and very personalized. Loved the photos esp the one with Columbus remains! We were traveling with a 90 year old and it was no problem. The Alcazar n Cathedral were even more beautiful than we imagined!

Sofia was very informative. She was willing to readjust our planned tour of the cathedral when there was a misunderstanding regarding the purchase of separate tickets for Alcázar and the Cathedral. I was disappointed to miss seeing the cathedral but did enjoy our stroll through some of the neighborhoods.

Thank you for your kind words. However, I can't help feeling very sad about this review, as I don't really know what else I could have done to avoid that "misunderstanding" that has caused me to "lose" one star.
Even though admission fees are not included in the tour price I ALWAYS help people get tickets, and after +11 years, this is the first time somebody has had this type of issue.
Since you booked the tour on February 15 I have always been willing to help: I even offered to buy tickets myself but you preferred to purchase them yourself. I sent you information about the prices (and if somebody has a ticket that just says "Real Alcázar" and he/she paid 14.50€, why would he/she think it is going to be valid for the Cathedral, which I said has an admission fee of 11€?)
I even sent a reminder on April 3 when tickets for the Cathedral became available, with a screenshot to help you choose the right option and telling you the right time slot to choose (as I always do).
I still have all of our conversations, so if you would still like to check them with me, please let me know and I will happily re-send them to you.
Reviews are greatly important for us, and I am always ready to accept it if things go wrong because I fail, but honestly, this was clearly not the case and I feel it is very unfair.
Anyway, thank you for choosing me as your guide and hopefully I can guide you again in Seville sometime in the future.
