Our meeting point is, located at Paseo de las Delicias, 1, Sevilla, in between the Restaurant "Uno de Delicias" and the souvenir shop. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Please notice that if you are late we will not be able to let you up. We will not offer refunds if you are late.

Fabulous evening and well worth the price. Fabio was knowledgeable and did a great job demonstrating how to make Paella. Sitting on the roof deck eating our dinner and sipping on sangria was amazing.

A very unique experience that delves in the history of the famous paella dish. Our chef Fabio was very passionate about his job that he enclimates you within mere seconds. His cooking skills and knowledge are amazing. In the end, enjoying your paella out on the terace was amazing, overseeing the Torre del Oro and the Guadalquivir.

The 3-stars for a beautiful rooftop location and at least I learned the recipe. Chef rushed through cooking paella. It was raw when we tasted, should be cooked Al-dente not raw. Did not give us time as promised on website.

The class was fantastic, held in a wonderful rooftop location with excellent instruction from an engaging and informative chef. The paella was so amazing that it could have won a culinary beauty pageant, and the wine and sangria were so delicious they made our taste buds dance the flamenco. The chef kept us entertained with a demonstration of the many steps involved in making excellent paella, keeping us involved throughout the process. The experience culminated in a delectable meal enjoyed on the balcony with fellow participants, who were just as bowled over as we were.

What a great experience! It is a demo kitchen run by an experience company( not a random chefs house) Fabio explained the whole delicate process of making paella the right way!! Afterwards you go out onto the roof and enjoy the beautiful view with a glass of sangria and of course the DELICIOUS paella!!!

We got detail instructions on how to make a great paella. We met some great people from around the world. We had a supper of seafood paella that tasted great and wine and sangria. We watched and ate appetizers while the chef prepared the paella. The view from the top was also great.

Great cooking lesson from Antonio! Drinks refills as you go you are never short of wine or nibbles as you are educated around the traditional paella dish. Group consisted of about 16 people mixed families, friends, couples. Finished off with dinner on the rooftop. Lovely.

My husband and are a foodies and we loved the experience. Apps and drinks were great. Dinner and sangria was wonderful. We loved the added historical information as we both cook a lot so the practices around cooking was something we were really familiar with already. The rooftop view was also a great bonus.

We had a really great time. The gentleman was super nice, good at explaining and helpful.
He explained various goodies about Paella, as well as explaining how it is done.
The place is really elegant and nice, as well as the terrace from where you can admire a magnificent sunset while enjoying the Paella with sangria.

Ho prenotato l'attività durante un mio soggiorno a Siviglia per le ore 17,30 (era una sorpresa per la persona che era con me). Al mattino ho ricevuto tramite whatsapp la richiesta di spostare l'appuntamento di lì a due giorni ma non potevo per cui ho risposto che, eventualmente, si poteva annullare senza problemi (avrei riprenotato, vado spesso a a Siviglia). Mi è stato risposto, dopo mio sollecito, che l'attività era valida. Arrivati sul posto, nel punto di incontro 20 minuti prima, non si è presentato nessuno. Devo dire che la zona era particolarmente affollata ma il presunto cuoco aveva il mio numeri di telefono e poteva o chiamarmi o mandarmi un whatsapp per iindividuarmi.. Alle 17.35 gli ho scritto io per dirgli che ero lì ad aspettarlo e lui mi liquida in modo secco con "l'attività inizia alle 17.30". Gli ho inviato altri messaggi su whatsapp, il sedicente chef non si è degnato nemmeno di rispondere. Devo però dire che Viator si è comportato bene e mi ha restituito l'importo.

we are very sorry to hear that many lies... just because you were frustrated for not getting any refund when you arrived 20min late and the experience already started...
We have proof of you texting us at 17.40h (meeting time was at 17.20h so to start at 17.30h) stating you arrived and also CCTV recording in which we saw you texting us around that time...
Also, on your whatsapp messaged you said you tried to cancel the event that same morning but since for full refunds you need to cancel with 24h in advanced you were mad at it and then you showed up late expectin us to pick you up...sorry but that was disrescpetful and mean to our staff and customers...
We already contacted the platform witht screenshots of it and hopefully they will delete this review...
