Viator did not confirm our reservation at the Flamenco show we were booked for. We confirmed with Viator received a booking number and time from Viator, but the venue did not. They seated us without ticket reservations, but we sat in a section under the hot theater lights with limited visibility. It was a very uncomfortable experience for us and the venue owners. I will never use Viator again.

We did our best, trying to accomodate you without a confirmation by Viator side... We are so sorry about that unexpected situation (for you and for us), but honestly, we did our best just to offer you a solution, to do not miss the Best Flamenco Show in town in our original House-Palace from the 16th Century.
You should know that Viator is an intermediary platform, and you are not evaluating them with 2 stars. You are evaluating US, damaging our reputation (and our effort to solve that issue). Maybe it's not the way.
We can understand that you didn't enjoy as much as you expected if you were all time thinking about this and didn't focus your attention in good things, as the beautiful building, the intimate theatre, where you are very close to artists... Your seats were together, not separate (was the other option), your seats were closer to AC, also close to the stage, with a panoramic view, and yes, your seats were closer to the theater lights, LED ones, of 16W... Much less than any regular halogen lamp light.
Just for your knowledge: you saw a 1st National Awarded flamenco dancer and singer.

It's very easy to book with viator. Booking was confirmed very quickly. The flamenco show was excellent and the theatre was small which allowed everyone to be near to the stage. Highly recommended
Great show but arrive a bit early to join queue to get a seat near the front which looked more comfortable than the small hard back chairs to the rear of the side which we were sat on!

I love the intimacy of the event. It was very authentic. The performers gave their best and made it fun.
Get there early to get the best seats. This was our second Flamenco show while in Spain. This venue is smarter, more intimate and you’re sitting very close to the stage. Because you are closer to the stage, it’s hard to say you can have a bad seat but some seats are on the side of the stage so you’re seeing the show from a different angle. Overall, enjoyed it.
The air conditioning was barely on, so it was very hot. The seating is awkwardly laid out. Find a different show.
Good for price. Small venue, arrive early for floor seats. Sat up top and a little hard get into the show given the angle.
The only reason I gave it a 2star rating is because the dancers were good .We were miserable and couldn’t enjoy the show,they packed us in like sardines in a very small venue and there was no air conditioning.We were sweating
Such drama, passion and energy. Fantastic performances. They really threw themselves into it and although this was probably their second or third show of the day it felt fresh and unstaged

A small intimate stage. Three amazing musicians. 4 amazing dancers. I’m no expert but I imagine this is as good as it gets.

Performance was outstanding! The small theater was absolutely perfect. The performers were captivating and so talented. Not only were the dancers amazing but the singers were also. You can tell how they were enjoying their performances as well! We loved every minute of it.

This is an intimate show, realistic and the Flamenco dancers and singers were amazing. It was a small venue and no seat was a bad seat.
The theater is really cozy and there are no bad seats as such. But they do fill up quick. The commentary and the introductions are a bit hard to follow for folks that don’t know Spanish.
Arrive early as seating is first come first serve and the theatre is small which makes the performance even better. This is one of the best Flamenco in Seville.
Our travels ended up getting delayed and we were not able to make our initial reservation time. Staff was very responsive and accommodating and was able to get us in the next day. The show was excellent. High energy, talented and passionate performers. Intimate space!

What a wonderful, intense experience! The dancers were very talented with such serious facial expressions. The singing that accompanied them seemed to harkin back to the Muslim period of Sevilla. All in all, a singular experience.
The show was fantastic; a great display of talent of both the dancers and the musicians. Arrive early to get best selection of seating.
