It is an incredible experience. Our guide, Merce, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The company, as a whole, took care of the entire group from beginning to end. The instructions about timeframe in each village were very clear. The bus was clean and the driver was safe. Everything was comfortable.

Itinerary

In the morning, meet your guide and group at a centrally located meeting point in Seville, and set off through a striking landscape of sunflowers and wheat fields. Make a brief stop at Las Aguzaderas, a medieval castle that once straddled the border between Spain’s Catholic kingdom and the Moorish empire.

Proceed to Zahara de la Sierra, a picturesque “White Village” known for its stunning views and rich history. Take a stroll around town and grab a coffee (own expense) before touring a local olive oil factory.

Next, continue to Grazalema, passing through the Sierra de la Grazalema nature park while en route. Enjoy panoramic views of the region, and pause for a tasty meal (own expense) surrounded by the town’s charming houses and colorful flowers.

Finally, head to Ronda, one of the oldest towns in Spain, passing through a scenic forest filled with cork and oak trees on the way. When you arrive in Ronda, wander through this scenic city situated on two dramatic cliffs, and take some free time to explore sights such as the famous New Bridge.

After a full day out, return directly to your original departure point in Seville.

Excellent trip out of city into mountain vistas. Informative, relaxing with lots of highlights. Could have done with more time in Ronda to visit gorge properly and if mobility is an issue then definitely not enough time but it was nevertheless really good and I would 100% recommend this trip.

Way too quick; guide left us behind on accident

Susan_T, Mar 2026
This tour goes super quick. We were only given 15 minute to walk around Zahara, an hour to walk around Grazalema, and an hour and a half to walk around Ronda. We left around 9:30am and returned at 7:30pm. The tour was supossed to be in English but they had our group combined with another group of Spanish speakers so the guide did the tour in both languages but she explained a lot more in Spanish than she did in English. I speak the language so it was okay for me but the rest of my family only knows English so I was disappointed for them. The guide walked extremely fast and my family and another woman in a wheel chair and her companion got left behind when we arrived at the bus station in Ronda. The guide took off and we did not know where the group went. We had to call the guide multiple times before she answered and directed us to where we could meet up with them again. Overall, the cities were beautiful to see but that was no where near enough time in each city, the tour should have either been in only English or advertised as both languages, and the guide could have been a little more considerate of the group and making sure everyone stays together and knows when/where to meet.

White villages and Ronda Tour

This is a terrific way to get a snapshot of white villages. Our guide was very knowledgeable and personable. Gave excellent recommendations on how to maximize our free time. My husband had difficulty understanding his accent but overall excellent tour. Would highly recommend this tour.

Rural day trip

ThuyVy_P, Mar 2026
Booked a tour with Naturanda for a day trip to the White villages and Ronda, it was great! If you need a break from the city of Seville, this day trip is for you. It offers beautiful rural landscapes, cute walks in small villages in the mountains and discovery of historical cities. The coach in which we were was really comfortable and the driver was careful and competent. Rebecca and Carmela were great guides and knew a lot of historical and natural facts. The only negative point would be the amount of time in Ronda, which was a bit short, but I was already expecting to be frustrated mot to be able to see more.

Amazing White Villages & Ronda Tour with Stunning Gorge Views

Ruby_A, Mar 2026
We had an amazing day exploring the White Villages and Ronda. Our guide Karlos with a "K" was fantastic—very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the history of the villages come alive. We visited charming whitewashed towns, olive oil tasting and had enough time to walk around, take photos, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. In Ronda, the highlight was seeing the dramatic Puente Nuevo overlooking the famous El Tajo gorge. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Karlos also recommended a great local restaurant for lunch, which was a perfect break during the tour. Everything was well-paced and organized. Highly recommended!

Nice villages

Joanne_V, Mar 2026
Excellent trip. Nice visits to white villages for morning tea then lunch good options in both places not to be herded to same restaurant. Time in Ronda was adequate for the key sights. I Like we were given maps and info before arriving at each place so to maximise time at the places. Benoit was attentive and good guide

delightful experience

larry_m, Mar 2026
the 3 cities were magical. One needs much more time in each city, especially Ronda. There is walking up and down streets so wear appropriate foot wear.

Great day in the white villages

Jeff_S, Mar 2026
Our guide Benoit was wonderful, He provided a personalized map of Rhonda which was really helpful. Great bus driver with the winding roads. All three stops were beautiful. A truly fantastic day.

very good experience

Ildiko_B, Mar 2026
We visited beautiful little villages. The road leading there was also very beautiful, green mountains and valleys. In Ronda, it is worth seeing the river gorge from as many places as possible. Our driver was amazingly skilled, he could turn around even in the narrowest places. Our guide was very informative, although sometimes it was difficult to understand her English.

Great views

Davneet_S, Mar 2026
This was an interesting day and visit, there was a few changes of buses and people.from different coaches which meant from registering at the office to leaving it was about an hour. However the locations visited were nice, in particular Ronda, I wish we were able to spend more time there. Overall a lovely trip of small towns with great views

We were glad to have two...

John_B, Mar 2026
We were glad to have two full hours in Ronda but we were very disappointed that we didn't get any guided tour of Ronda. Basically the guide walked us to the meeting point and said, "have fun". We were given a map in advance but expected a little tour plus free time. The tour was bilingual and his English accent was hard to understand. Unfortunately on our trip, it was raining during our time in the white villages. When back to Seville, we were dropped off in a different spot from where we joined the tour in the morning.

Great day trip

Great day trip from Seville, with really scenic views of the white villages and Ronda. Guide was very informative. Would definitely recommend. We left at about 9.30am and arrived back in Seville at 7.30pm

A poor experience

DavidWells, Feb 2026
White villages were more interesting than Ronda but the whole tour was let down by not being able to understand the tour guide, whose English was just not up to standard . A huge disappointment.

Response from Host, Mar 2026

Rhonda and White Villages Tour

Patricia_N, Feb 2026
It was a wonderful day trip out of Seville, and we had two fantastic tour guides who spoke many languages, including English French, Spanish, and Chinese. They were great at organizing our group of 30, making sure we knew where to meet, logistics of each stop, etc. It is quite rigorous as each of the towns have lots of hills and cobblestone streets — this is part of its charm and beauty, but not for anyone with mobility issues.

The Weather Did Us In

Lou_P, Feb 2026
Because of the horrendous weather we didn’t get to do what was hoped for. Our guide did the best he could, but all in all, it was disappointing. We skipped one village altogether. The group was much larger than in previous Viator experiences. Last but not least, the time spent on the bus (which is great) might have been used for some educational purposes.

Safety ignored: Tour proceeded despite severe storm warnings

Maria_M, Feb 2026
Extremely disappointed with how this trip was managed during severe weather. While our guide did their best under the circumstances, the tour provider should have canceled the trip given the well-publicized storm. The itinerary was poorly adjusted; we spent an hour at an olive oil tasting that felt like a forced sales pitch while the weather worsened. By the time we reached Ronda, we were in the eye of the storm and saw nothing. A more professional approach would have been to reorganize the day to prioritize Ronda or cancel for safety and offer a refund. Waste of money - Zero visibility in Ronda due to poor management. The tour provider needs to pay attention to similar weather conditions in the future bookings. One thing is bad weather and rain another thing is full day under a storm....

Response from Host, Feb 2026

Hello, thank you very much for your feedback. We would like to start by assuring that our guests and personnel safety and confort is the top priority for us. We are really sorry to hear the weather conditions were harsh but all of our staff, guides and drivers gave their best to ensure you could enjoy your experience, adjusting the schedule and itinerary for you to have a great time. We took notes of the comments you shared and we will be reviewing them to ensure your voice is being heard. Kind regards from Sevilla.

Day Tour

Sue_S, Feb 2026
There is more walking than we anticipated. Much of this was hills so come prepared! We visited a beautiful area of Spain! The hosts were informed and friendly.

Great. More Rhonda

Tony_W, Feb 2026
Firstly our guide Kate or Katherine was absolutely brilliant. Not only knowledgeable she was also extremely entertaining. The route although interesting we would have preferred more time in Rhonda, possibly the whole day as 2 hours was nowhere near enough

Great experience

Pleasant trip spoilt by rain

Gavin_H, Jan 2026
Met by efficient reps at our meeting point to get us on the right tour and bus. Our tour guide Jesús was very pleasant and spoke in English as well as Spanish, giving us information about the area on our way. We travelled in January so didn’t expect to see the white villages in beautiful sunshine but the rain and cloud cover on the mountain stopped us from walking around so we had a coffee in a little bar until we had to leave. Rain at the next village so another couple of bars for wine and no walking. The two villages looked very pretty otherwise, and worth visiting, we just were unlucky than the area had rain every day. On to Ronda and more rain. We were walked into the bridge area by Jesus then left to have free time for two hours. The paths down to the gorge under the bridge were hazardous due to the rain but we got some decent photos of the bridge from side angles so not too disappointed. We holed up and ate with more wine until we managed 30 minutes of walking without rain and met the group to walk back to the bus then home. It was a 10 hour day, in better weather it would have been a very lovely day tour and we would recommend.

Highly recommend

Kate_S, Jan 2026
Benoit was very knowledgable and the whole trip was brilliant from start to finish. The driver was amazing too!! Windy roads but he managed them very well. Loved all the stops. Really enjoyed the first stop - village is gorgeous! Ronda is something special.

A nice day trip

JunC_W, Jan 2026
We had a great time. The tour guide was attentive and knowledgeable; shared history and gave tips to get the best of the itinerary. The bus ride was pretty comfortable. The schedule was appropriate. Would recommend.

Temidayo_F, Jan 2026
Fun, relaxing and informative tour day. Emilio was an excellent guide with a lot of knowledge about Seville itself and the places we visited

Feliz año nuevo!

Carolina_V, Jan 2026
Excellent choice! We did the Ronda and White Villages tour on January 1st, when much of Spain was closed, and yet we barely noticed thanks to how incredibly well organized everything was. The team arranged for one of the few open restaurants to be ready for our entire group, making the day deliciously seamless. Our guide, Ismael, was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the region and brought Andalucía to life. It was a beautiful experience from start to finish. Thank you to Ismael and the team for starting my year in such a wonderful way. Hemingway was right- everything about the place is beautiful

Feast for the eyes

Cathy_H, Jan 2026
Friendly people, a comfortable bus, and the most accomplished driver I have ever experienced. If you’ve watched Top Gear, I swear it was the Stig. The views from the bus and the towns are breathtaking in the mountains. We passed sheep and goat farms, olive tree groves and cork tree forests. Our guides, Rebecca y Emilio, were equally entertaining and knowledgeable. Be prepared for walking on inclines and steep ancient stairs for the best views. While there were some ambitious hikers in our group, we did not join them. The beautiful park in Ronda has majestic views when you look DOWN into the chasm, if you dare. Our tour was on a Sunday when almost all restaurants and shops are closed. You may want to consider that in your plans.

A wonderful day in Spain

pinhas_f, Jan 2026
A day of stunning views and interesting places and people, highly recommended for those who want to see beautiful Spain. The highlight at the end is Ronda, a wonderful place.

Amazing and smooth visit to Zahara de la Sierra, Grazalema & Rhonda with Petra
