It is awesome!! Ethan and Gabrielle, our guides, did an outstanding job and are very knowledgeable about the history of each location.

A fabulous day! Miguel and Carmen were amazing tour guides. They were very knowledgeable and shared information along the way. The day was well planned with plenty of time for lunch, shopping and seeing the sights. I would highly recommend this tour.
Darry_F, Feb 2026
This tour involved over 5 hours on a bus to get to Gibraltar and back from Seville, but it was worth it. Gibraltar was incredible and we had a clear day that made it that much more impressive, the tour guides were great. Highly recommended

Trip was good. The Rock tour was the highlight. Our guide could have been more attentive and organized.
Sandra_R, Jul 2025
The tour guide was well informed, funny and friendly. He took care of our needs and we had a great time!! I would recommend this tour to everyone both Spaniards and tourists since many do not consider taking a trip to Gibraltar.

Hello Sandra, thank you for your feedback to Gibraltar with Naturanda. We are really happy to know you enjoyed this tour and we hope see you in the future.

I really wanted to see the Rock of Gibraltar and thought I had read the information carefully but I was not prepared to walk as much as we did. At the end of the tour I had walked over 10,000 steps. Other than that it was very interesting and the Rock is magnificent. Demel was a good guide.

Hello, thank you very much for your comments. We're sorry you had to walk a little bit much for you but the amount of walking in this activity is adviced, nevertheless we take note of the comments you shared with us and we will review them with our staff. Kind regards from Seville.

Our driver was not very engaging and wasn’t very informative while giving us our tour…… almost seemed bothered and rude at times. We spent a lot of time in the town which I found to be mediocre and an hour would have been plenty. I wish we could have stayed longer at the sightseeing areas instead of 15-25 minutes. This tour also doesn’t go to the top of the Rock, which would have been incredible.
Our driver was kind enough to drive us all back to our hotels at the end of the trip.
Response from Host, Apr 2025
Hello Cristina, thank you very much for your feedback about your experience. We're really sorry to hear the inconveniences you mention in your review, we will review this case with your guide to ensure we keep delivering only the best experiences for our customers. Best regards.

Jose Luis was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond the usual tour guide duties to make sure we were comfortable and safe.

What an amazing trip. We got to see more of Southern Spain and Gibraltar. The guide was incredible and friendly. Very helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
John_L, Sep 2024
The guide from Seville could have given us a bit of commentary along the way. He was pleasant but un-engaging. We did not realise that we would join another tour group to go up the rock. This guide was excellent and we enjoyed the actual rock experience.

Did not have any free time on “The Rock”.
A shuttle to St. Michael’s caves, then back down. Not able to go to the top…. The observation planform… nor tour the area ( in between the caves and observation area ) where loads of the younger monkeys have been in the past.
Yes…. I have been to “The Rock” previously, this trip I decided to escort a friend & take THIS tour instead of going on our own.
I should have spoken to the guide on the bus and arranged ( if possible ) a pick up point and time for departing Gibraltar… then toured “The Rock” with my friend on our own.
Although it was a decent tour…. The transportation was LATE picking us up 🫤.
Overall I rate it a 3 out of 5.

The history and being able to see the Mediterranean, Africa, and Atlantic at the same time. The monkeys were nice as well.
Thomas_L, May 2024
The St. Michael's Caves were amazing . Had fish and chips at Roy's Fish and Chips. Very good, but I think I'd have preferred going to an Irish or British pub since I only had limited time there. Didn't get to the top, not enough time to take the cable car up. Didn't see the seige tunnels.
Sorin_M, Feb 2024
Great guide, decent items to visit. I really wish we had gone to the top of the rock/ used the cable cars. Then again, I think that would have cost a lot more. It's a great trip considering the price and I would certainly use this company again. Great experience, no regrets.

Just a great and informative trip and our guide Alberto was FANTASTIC! Highly recommend and would even take the trip again.

While the guide with the van that brought us to Gibraltar was wonderful, the trip up the rock was inadequate. In fact, the the guide who drove with us from Seville was very helpful. Nevertheless, I plan on writing Viator for a partial refund. We drove in a van that included only our group. On the way up the rock, the guide stood in the middle of the van and described what we were seeing. One woman told the guide she couldn’t hear her. On the return, the guide sat up front and shouted some things that no one could hear. She needed a microphone. While she told us some interesting things, I found a driver for another tour was more informative about the rock. For example, she told us we would see where the Mediterranean and the Atlantic came together and we stopped at a place where we could see it. She never bothered to show us what she was talking about and we couldn’t see the coming together of the two bodies of water. They would stop the van, tell us to get out and never went with us to explain anything. On the way through town, she would shout - church on your right, synagogue on the left as we zipped through the town. While she was nice, her narrative lacked sincerity and detail. We learned the most when I would ask questions about various things. The most disappointing part of the trip is that we did not go the top of the rock where the restaurant is. The photo at the Viator site shows people at the top. We went to St. Michael’s cave and no further.
Ellsworth_T, Nov 2023
Other guest very disruptive. Tour was not organized well. Trip back there was no toilet break. Didn’t spend much time going up the rock. I will visit again but on my own.

We were not impressed with your second & third party vendors, especially for equipment maintenance.
We suffered through TWO vehicle issues. First, the Bandos bus wouldn't start when leaving St. Michael's Cave, resulting in a one hour wait. There appeared to be a misunderstanding between the driver and maintenance who brought a spare tire. Eventually a second bus was brought in. Second, our return trip to Seville was miserable due to a full bus without air conditioning or ability to open windows.
However, the guide was great...well informed and organized.

Loved the drivers and guides. Petra really knows her history of the rock and truly enjoys sharing it with others. Clive has lived there for generations and his knowledge and humor truly made the tour on the rock special.
Riva_T, Aug 2023
We had an amazing trip and Miguel was an excellent tour guide. We saw so much of Gibraltar. We had amazing views on the ride up the Rock and loved Michael’s Cave. We also saw the monkeys and spent time in the city center shopping. If I were to change anything I would give less time shopping (an hour would be plenty) and add more time to the rest of the trip.

Wonderful day trip down to Seville. Good amount of time to see the main sights of Gibraltar and the main town also. Carlos was a great guide with lots of interesting information on the way down and back as well as during the tour.

I'm glad we did this tour but there were things I wasn't happy with. Our first guide from Sevilla barely spoke English. When we arrived at Gibraltar she announced something in Spanish and got off the bus. Several people didn't get off so we're confused. Turned out half our bus was continuing on and we were supposed to get off. She walked us so fast along busy streets she didn't even notice someone fell down or that people were falling behind. We had no idea what we were doing as she didn't explain it very well. There was to much free time for shopping, 1 1/2 hours. I would have rather had more time to hike around and see the monkeys. At one stop were told we only had 5 minutes. Our Gibraltar guide was wonderful. We enjoyed the bus tour on Gibraltar and seeing Michael's Cave and the views.

Fantastic tour to experience Gibraltar for the first time. The first guide, Maria, was friendly and informative. The second guide, a young man in Gibraltar was the star of the tour.

We're really grateful and appreciate you taking the time to share your rating with us. We hope to see you again soon!
Andy_V, Feb 2023
The tour was well worth the time and money... what would have been a complicated effort if we had to arrange this day trip/ visit on our own was made a seamless experience by this tour.
Lillian_L, Feb 2023
To begin with the guide spent the entire time on the bus talking to the driver. In addition he did t seem familiar with the surroundings. Much too long a walk from customs to a bus indoor parking garage. Then a wait in that garage for the other guide who didn’t show up. The replacement was very good and enthusiastic. We had 30 minutes for the cave and the monkeys. Then a ridiculous amount of time to see the Main Street and have a bite to eat- 2 hours! We were supposed to be back by 7 and didn’t get back till 7:30. It was cold and unpleasant. He said they had to keep us for 10 hours.
I would not recommend this tour to our friends. A full refund is in order.
NADIACRESCENZI, Feb 2023
Gibraltar itself had an awesome tour and tour guide. Wonderful insight. Monkeys we're incredible. Lovely sights
Troy_B, Dec 2022
I loved Gibraltar and the guide to Gibraltar and the guide in Gibraltar were both fantastic. I have two problems, however, with the tour company. First, the Viator posting suggested (but I suppose did not explicitly say, that we would visit the tunnels. This is incorrect. We went into a cave with beautiful formations, but we did not visit any of the 52 kilometers of tunnels in the rock. Also, the guide was informed by the tour company that my friend and I would be waiting at a location different from where I confirmed directly with the tour company. I contacted them after 15 minutes expired past the time we were to be picked up. The guide with other travelers were already heading out of town and had to turn around to pick us up (most grateful to the guide for doing this). I recommend the tour, but perhaps not this particular tour company.
MICHAEL_W, Aug 2022
The day trip consisted of about 5 hours of driving, 45 minutes walking to and from the tour bus in Gibraltar, one hour waiting for the bus, and about an hour free time in Gibraltar. Therefore, the total constructive time touring was about 2.5 hours and not a full day.
Doug_L, Jul 2022
The first bus was 35 minutes late. That cascaded into missing the second bus. Thus, we wasted over an hour waiting for the guides to sort alternate bussing. Much time was wasted and a real opportunity to experience Gibraltar was squandered.
