Beware of viator

I want other people to know that they may not have the experience at all. Our tour guide never showed up and left three people standing out in front of the pick up point. I sent e mails to Nicole BEFORE 8 o clock and she didn’t respond. I was on the phone with Viator and that rep could not contact her, at least that is what he told me. I was pacing up and down the street between a statue and the bike center while my brother and sister were ALWAYS in front of the bike center. The statue was 100 meters away and I could always see them. Nicole never showed up and then lied about it. I have an Uber receipt showing that I was there at 731. And while I doubt that this review will ever be made public, my reviews on Trip Advisor and my calls to the travel agency may help some unsuspecting travelers avoid Viator and Madrid Experience.
