Sofia was great. She started corresponding with me way before our trip. She was very accommodating and took her time showing us around and answering our questions. Sofia was very informative and took time to make sure my wife, who had twisted her ankle, was able to navigate the palace with ease. She reached out to us about pre purchasing tickets way ahead of time which is a must otherwise it may sell out.

Our private tour of the Alcazar with Sofia was EXCELLENT! It was highly informative and enjoyable on so many levels. We benefited greatly from Sofia pointing out details that we may have otherwise missed, but also from her situating those details within the context of Sevillean, Spanish and European histories and cultures. Sofia is also a lovely and charming person and my wife and I very much enjoyed chatting with her in general. That Sofia was able to provide us with such a calm and relaxed experience amidst a significant crowd of other visitors, is quite something. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Sofía gave us a great tour of Real Alcazar. You would get nothing out of doing it on your own. You MUST have a guide and I highly recommend Sofía. We traveled as a family of four with two boys, 11 and 13. Sofía tailored her tour to engage both boys showing them places where Star Wars and Game of thrones were shot. We learned about the Christian and Moorish influences and architecture and all about the various dynasties. It was awesome. Thank you Sofia! Highly recommend

Five stars! Sofia is extremely knowledgeable, very patient, and speaks perfect English. After booking online, we were able to communicate with her directly via email and text, which made the process even smoother. And the tour itself was fascinating. The Alcazar covers a vast area of different palaces and gardens...too much to tackle on your own. And the group tours we saw walking around seemed way too big. So if you can swing it, a private tour with Sophia is definitely the best way to experience the Alcazar. Thank you, Sofia!

Sofia was a great tour guide! I did the Cathedral tour with her as well and both tours really left me with a great understanding of the historical sites. The Alcazar is beautiful and Sofia explained well the what/how/when/why of the different palaces, gardens, and art within the Alcazar complex. She was really responsive in her pre-tour communication and helpful beyond just the tour with her recommendations around Seville. Definitely recommend!

Sofia is a great, knowledgeable and kind guide who has a great communication before actually having a tour and also during the tour. She replies quickly and arranges the tickets for you in advance (extra charges). We were with kids and she gave us as much time as we needed for translations to them. Also kids really liked the way how she was leading the tour because it was full of interesting information in an appropriate level of detail. We very much recommend taking this private tour.
