What a shambles. We were told that they couldn't accommodate us and we'd need to reschedule. We had plans made so couldn't reschedule. So we were handed over to another service provider, not the ones we had originally booked. The bikes were sub standard, the 'tour guide' was a local lad who tried his best but was kind of vague on some of the detail. Our 3 hour bike tour ended up being a 2 hour ride through Seville stopping along the way. And all the while we could see other cycle tour groups with shiny bikes and tour guides that looked like they knew their stuff. Adrian was fab but he's not a tour guide. We're currently looking for a refund. Not happy at all.

The tour covered the main locations and progressed at a decent pace. It would have been 5 stars had the guide had better English and the seats more comfortable!

Thresea ,our guide, was wonderful and she certainly took us through parts of Seville, mainly in Triana that were spots we would not have necessarily explored ourselves. She was great and very informative! A little disappointing though was that the bikes available were cruisers, small, and my boyfriend is 5'11 and was really uncomfortable on the bike. About 30 minutes into the ride his seat completely was flopping backwards and not holding his weight. He was trying to stand and not sit so that we could complete the tour and then about an hour in he was very uncomfortable and we had to go to another store location in the middle of the tour so that we could fix his bike and then continue. Also for a three hour tour we had returned to the store at two and a half hours and though we could have kept the bikes for the day did not because the one was having issues.
