According to our concept of natural horsemanship, in which we privilege the mutual respect between horse and rider, we hope that it will be a moment of sharing and happiness for the whole group.

It was such a nice experience. I can say it was the most interesting and unforgettable moment I had in Portugal (also for my husband) - we did gallop in the vineyard and the field with full of flowers. 🥰🥰 Everything was very well arranged and planed. Our tour operator and guide were so helpful and kind. We would highly recommend this activity. When we come back to Portugal again, we will for sure do this again. Thank you so much really. 🥰🥰

Very nice, beautiful tour

It was a beautiful tour through the valley and grape vineyards, just was expecting a larger lunch than just the charcuterie board and wine. Also was hoping to gallop more. Overall, amazing, just not sure it was worth 200, I wish I had gone with the beach tour.

Fun and Exhausting in one!

We were not expecting a private tour! Horses and guides were great. 4.5 hrs on horseback was exhausting even for people with riding experience. Tons of up and downs thru the mountain and we were sore for days after. The winery we had lunch at was cute, be aware they are closed during lunch so we were unable to go into the winery or buy any wine to take home. Check with your guides as soon as you get there if you want to go in before lunch. We did some galloping on the way back which was fun. The private pickup near our Airbnb was very accommodating and comfortable and our driver was very nice. The host was in contact multiple times to make sure pickup went well and that we enjoyed our trip.

However, it's understandable that 4.5 hours of horseback riding on the mountain trails can be exhausting, even for experienced riders. The ups and downs through the mountains must have been quite a workout, but I'm glad to hear that you still had a good time. The winery sounds like it would have been a great addition to the trip, but it's unfortunate that it was closed during lunch. It's good advice to check with the guides beforehand to make sure you can visit the winery. The galloping on the way back sounds like it added some excitement to the trip! It's great to hear that the private pickup was accommodating and comfortable, and that the host stayed in contact to ensure that everything went smoothly. We have a wonderful ride on the Louro Mountain trail. The views are incredible and the horses were easy to handle Our guide Jean was awesome and we had a great conversation over our lunch. We were able to buy some great wine and carry it back in the pouches on the horses. Jean also showed us the you foals back in the farm. Carlos our driver /tour operator also went out of his way to take us to a lookout point with a great view of the beaches in his home town. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the area and a great driver. The trip was in our the highlights of our trip.

Very nice tour up and down hills around the farm. Horses are beautiful pure lusitaniens, very well trained and behaved. The owner of the farm is passionate about his job which is always interesting. We definitely recommend.

We had such a great time! Carlos picked up from our hotel and took us to the farm, where we rode all day through the beautiful Portugese hills with incredible views of Lisbon and the surrounding area. The horses were very well cared for and trained, and even though I'm not the strongest rider I never felt uncomfortable or that the horse would do something it shouldn't. Would definitely recommend, an incredible way to spend a day if you're in Lisbon!
