We were brought to 3 places, the tour guide did not speak on the ride and told us nothing about Santorini, he just drove us there and back.

Hello again!! Never say that is guided tour.the driver has to get you there wait for you and come back.even it was semi private you had a private van..you could get a private guided tour onmatch higher price of cource..i m sorry you didn't appreciate it

We paid for a tour that we didn't get to experience and were not even partially reimbursed. It was a nightmare. We had initially contacted Viator to ensure that the tour was a viable option for our cruise ship stop at Santorini. They ensured us that it was, so we booked it. Upon arrival to Santorini, we came in early--giving us hopes that all would work out, but tendering took too long and we missed our tour. We were able to only communicate with the guide while on the ship as our phone would not work on the island. Before leaving the ship, we got a message that we missed the tour, but they would send another car for us to meet at the top of the cliff. Great news! BUT...we had no way of knowing that once we got off the tender that the cable car line (the way to get up the cliff) would be 2 hours long. If we even got of to the top of the cliff--there wouldn't be time for our 3 hour tour (and time to get back down and make it to our ship). There was no way to communicate at the port--it was frustrating. I tried calling and messaging. No luck. We decided that to save our cruise stop and not wait in the 2 hour cable car line (again, which would we even have time to have the 3 hour tour?), my husband found us a boat to Oia (where our tour was supposed to take us). We punted and paid for this option (in addition to our Viator tour). Upon finally getting wifi--I immediately called our tour guide who explained that the car had been waiting for us at the top of the cliff (which we would still have been in line for another hour waiting), and that there would be no refund. I do understand that there was some expense for us not making the tour--but we paid over $200 and were told there would be no money back. Luckily, we took the day in our own hands and enjoyed Oia and the rest of the Santorini Island on our own at our own expense. I would not advise ANY TOUR that meets you at the top of the cliff--it is too unpredictable as to how long it will take to get there. IF you book something, make sure it is at the bottom of the cliff or just take the speed boat option to Oia--it is much more reasonable and gets you where you want to go.

Us you understand it was not our responsibility this port chaotic traffic..we was clearly that our appointment will be Up in cable car exit,we was on touch through messages sayed that even you loose the 1st car i sended a 2nd to pick you up do fhe tour,paying extra money for you.. even i do that,you decided LAST MINUTE saw the queue to do different thing just because you didn't want to wait on the line informe me last minute for your decision even you knew that the 2nd car was up there JUST for you.. if you told me that even 2 hours before I understood (independently of our cancellation policy) but after all that it impossible..

Despite the huge crowds of people the day we were there (six cruise ships!), our driver tried his hardest to be accommodating to everyone. He was very helpful and courteous.

We were the only 4 people, so it was became a private tour. The walk to the van from the port was uphill, it felt like 200ish yards-maybe more. I have asthma and needed my inhaler. But after that it was smooth sailing. We were driven to Oia with a couple scenic stops along the way. Once in Oia, we were given a couple hours on our own to explore the area. It was nice to have that leisurely moment as all of our other tours were keeping up with groups, which bummed out the kids, and was a little exhausting. On the way back, our driver stopped at a secluded little black sand beach for about 10-15 minutes, which was pretty, but uneventful otherwise. Once we got back to Fira we were given some discount cards for one of the shops on the way back to the ship. The staff were patient and friendly, and the discount was helpful.
The van was clean and comfortable, and sufficiently air conditioned. But if we had a full load, my thoughts on that might be different.
My only disappointment was we were not able to communicate well with our driver when we had questions about the area and the stopping points.
Overall, thought, the ride/self guided time in Oia was exactly what we needed for our time here.

We arrived by cruise ship and because of the tender delays we were 2 hours late for our scheduled tour. Of course we missed our tour but Alkis was in contact with me the whole time and said to jet him know when we got to the top. After being this late we were expecting just to walk around on our own as we had missed the tour but he sent the sweetest driver - Mario to pick us up and take us to Oia. He gave us a little time to walk around and visit the sites and took us to other places on the island told us about each place and then back. We were so appreciative of the customer service- we felt they went above and beyond to make our limited time special.

Wonderful! Beautiful place, our favorite of what we saw on our Mediterranean cruise. George was an awesome tour guide and was happy to take as many photos as we wanted! And the van was brand new and quite fancy!!

George was PHENOMENAL!! He had great knowledge, extremely friendly and helpful, let us go at our own pace, great photographer, and gave us an amazing trip in Santorini! Felt like we knew him for years from the start! You will enjoy your visit even more with this tour!

If I wanted a taxi or an Uber that’s what I would have booked. This was in know way a tour. To me a tour is someone telling you about what you’re seeing. This is simply a people mover at a tour price.

Mrs Amy we never say that is a guide tour that because we have this low price instead a high tour cost ,try to offer you a betterexperience from the island.. we are sorry if you didn t enjoy it .think that even you used a taxi you had to pay more money than this price to have someone to wait for you do not have to find one of the only 39 taxis on the island

The tour started 30 minutes late and the directions to the meeting point was not clear. The guide was not knowledgeable on the area or the history of the sites. We should have been picked up at our hotel but was not. However the guide dropped us off at the hotel. Also we asked for someone who spoke English and his English was very limited to non.

Hello! 30 min delay is always accept when the tour is semi private.. I didn't whrite that is guided tour so driver is not necessary to know all history of the island and that s the reason to pay semi private price . Maybe you say all that because we refuse to refund you especially when you have already done the tour and later(after 6 hours) ask for refund

We really enjoyed our tour. Our guide was amazing and the bus and driver were great! Our guide knew everything about our location and showed us a wonderful time. He made sure we enjoyed everything and made sure we enjoyed everything.
