Small, dynamic and new winery on Paros island owned by a french couple. We want to highlight the Greek terroir specifically the parian terroir which gives minerality and freshness to the wines. Come to explore another side of Paros. You will taste 5 differents wine (included a natural sparkling wine - "pet' nat') with a small snack (from our garden and/or from Cyclades). We love to share time with our guest and explain the specification of the wine, the process. Enjoy being in the middle of the vineyards while having a view of the sea!

That semi private sailing tour is a family friendly sunset tour, due its small number of maximum participants and allows you to enjoy The idyllic Parikia Sunset under relaxing music , while swimming as you passing through some of nicest sea locations. Our experienced captain will choose the most protected areas from winds and occasionally might change the route of trip, in order to be more enjoyable- as safety comes first . She is so polite and ready to provide details about passing through locations or sea stops. Snorkelling equipment is available and swimming allowed in all sea stops. Prepare your camera and get ready to fall in love one more time!!

Departure from the marina of Alyki. Relax on a wonderful semiprivate sunset cruise, swimming in secluded areas between Paros and Antiparos, such as Blue Lagoon and / or Saint Nicholas island and pirate cove. One or two sea stops for swimming and snorkeling during sunset and night time. Finger food, soft drinks, greek beers and local wines, are served during the cruise and included in the price. Note that in high season departure time might be delayed than 15 - 30 minutes. Each scheduled sea route/ stops is subject to modification, according to weather conditions due to safety reasons .

The nights of Aegean Gastronomy are held twice each week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The number of participants is limited each time, which gives our chef the advantage of preparing a special menu of six courses almost as if it were private. Our chef prepares fish based courses using local ingredients and fresh same-day catch, which are the basis of the menu. Five lables of wine, as the Asyrtiko from Santorini, Malagouzia from Paros, Robola from Kefalonia, Mosholfilero from Mantineia and the sweet Malagouzia from Macedonia could accompanying the Nights of Aegean Gastronomy. The selection of each variety is meticulously made to match the course served. The wine tasting accompanying the Aegean tasting menu is optional, at 40 euros per person.

Enjoy a unique sea tour in the South parts of Paros and Antiparos such as Blue lagoon, Despotiko, Sea caves, and Cliff Jumping (beautiful sculpted rocks for diving). Onboard are offered coffee and cookies in the morning, a delicious lunch with traditional dishes, BBQ and during afternoon fruits are served. We provide snorkeling gear for swimming in sea stops. As we passing through we locate pirate's cave listening to it’s interesting story , on the way to Panteronisia. Our first stop for swimming, for about an hour, where we offer tacos and juices. The next stop is at Despotiko - at the Apollon chapel, where anchor for almost two hours. Lunch is served : BBQ pork, chicken, and pies, also offered two types of salads and spreads (tzatziki, grilled cheese) as well as local wine and beers. We proceed towards to Faneromeni & the sea caves (or one of them if is not possible due to weather conditions ), where fruits are offered during the afternoon.

The tour unfolds to discover 2 wineries on the eastern part of the island for a total of 8 wine tastings, 3 of which are organic. The terrain of Paros is varied in terms of rocky substrate, the Aegean Sea and the Cycladic winds play an important role in the typicality of the wines. There will be a total of 8 wine tastings accompanied by snacks such as olives, cheeses, cured meats and fresh vegetables directly from the producers' gardens. In one of the cellars there will also be a walk through the vineyards. At each stop the staff will be at your disposal for all the necessary explanations and will answer all the questions or curiosities that our guests wish to ask. The tour will take place in the splendid setting of the island of Paros between idyllic views of the sea and wonderful rows of grapes. Tour times are from 4pm to 7pm including transportation The stop in each cellar will be approximately 1 hour, the walk in the vineyard will last about 15 minutes.
